Narayani celebs her Birthday in Style

What's a b'day sans gifts and a cake?

Narayani Shastri doesn't like celebrating her birthday the "normal" way, with the "same old gigs and the usual regime of cutting a cake." So the actor celebrated her special day a little later, what she called a "regular party with drinks and dance and no cake at all!" But the dancing more than made up for the missing cake. Yash and Gouri Tonk and Amita Chandrashekhar burned up the dance floor. Sveta Salve was all lovey-dovey with beau Rodney Barnes as were the ever-in-love couple Tina and Hussain Kuwajerwala. Shweta Kawatra was on a hugging spree: first she gave Sharad Kelkar a tight squeeze after which she hugged Kirti Gaekwad.
Narayani's sister Anupama got introduced to all her sister's friends. And we did notice that Rajesh Khattar and Vandana Sajnani had a little tiff on entering. But all was fine as the party proceeded.
It was double celebration time as director Jagrat Desai also celebrated the completion of his music video for the Meet Brothers that features Gaurav and Narayani as the leads.

'GIF'TED!


Narayani's 'good friend' Gaurav Chopraa came in rather late, at 11.45 pm. Narayani was a little upset and asked him where her gift was, to which he replied, "I didn't bring one." To which she retorted, "Then please leave!" Of course, it was all in jest...
