Flop track with non-sense

No juridiary will hang a culprit without giving enough time for an appeal to supreme court and the capital punishment proceduers takes approximately 6 months or even more than that inorder to review the punishment.Then how come in this show more fast about death sentence.And the next thing is death sentenced culprit face should be covered with black mask.But here meeti face was shown without fullycovered mask for hanging with a rope around her neck.

wearing mask is not necessary like in saddam case .saddam refuse to wear mask during capital punishment a last wish ask to that person who get capital punishment .in murder case judgement should not be given soon . judgment should be given after considering criminal record of person , person behaviour person back ground .lot of thing should be consider before giving judgment . that judge is really cruel for not giving time to meethi to proove her innocence as well as to appeal high court .hope manav adhikaar aayog sue judge for not giving meethi as well as her family to proove meethi innocence as well as for not giving right appeal to court

capital punishment judgement of lower court has to be ratified by high court for it to take place but then the serials writers legal sense is nil.

ya they can ask for stay order .but this is uttaran kanoon .uttaran apna kanoon chalata hai .uttaran ne special law book likhi hai jisme sirf punishment dene se matlab hai baki kisi bhi cheej se matlab nahi
