In all of this, Rudra seems to have completely forgotten that Paro is officially a BSD state witness ... the BSD for which he was crying crocodile tears over the threat of losing his job in ... now he's forgotten all about the fact that he's still in the BSD, and Paro is under his protection.
Rudra's dimaag has gone for a very long vacation ... if it ever existed at all. There was no thought of suspecting Sumer or Mohini ... no thinking at all, in fact ... he just wants Paro to leave. Because beautiful women are not to be trusted. So he will not trust her.
Rudra is coming across as seriously mentally unstable. 😕
And he's pretty sure she will refuse ... just in case she actually wants to self-destruct enough to go ahead with the marriage, he makes it a point to show her her old wedding dress, a reminder of the last time she wore it in a sham wedding.
Sumer actually came across as a fairly harmless rogue in his attempts to convince Paro to marry him ... not evil in the least, but completely self-centred and uncaring about anything or anyone other than himself. Including his mother ... giving Mohini the shock of her life, when he threatens to expose her fire treachery, if she tries to stop his marriage. Nagin ka beta saanp hi toh hoga ... 😛
Maithili discovers the duplicate dupatta ... but doesn't do anything much about it ... yet. Although she does see that the tear Paro mended, is missing. She doesn't seem to realise the entire truth, but she does feel sorry enough for Paro to go and speak to her, and tell her not to marry Sumer if she doesn't want to. And also to search her heart as to whom she really does want to marry.
Samrat is a wimp and a wuss ... his brother is wrecking his life, and Samrat is not bothered ... he doesn't want to get into any trouble with his mother. Let Sumer do what he wants ... Samrat can't care less.
And Paro discovers the doll she gave Rudra fifteen years ago ... and from that, she concludes that she and Rudra are meant to be together. Honestly, can anyone be so naive? 😕
So time to turn the tables on Rudra ... he humiliated her with a public sauda of her marriage with Sumer ... she will return the favour, completely innocently of course, by asking him to marry her in public in front of his entire BSD unit. Doll included. Hoist with his own petard.
Serves you right, Rudra banna ... hope his CO's have something to say (finally!) at his weird methods of protecting his witness.
