Karan Johar and Nikhil Advani After directing hit films Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Karan stepped down to let his protege Nikhil Advani direct the next Dharma production, Kal Ho Naa Ho. The film went on to become a hit but the relationship between its producer and director took a hit and Nikhil walked out of Karan Johar's camp.

People thought his career would take a beating, but Nikhil managed to rope in big stars in a mega project called Salaam-E-Ishq. The film took two years to get made but it bombed at the box office.

london england....im here on a vacation from canada... i had to idea that this wud be the best vacation ever.. i feel soooo lucky....it all happenend so quick....i cudnt even breathe....i was so shocked i was just standin in front of him n cudnt even talk.....

he had to cut his hair for the role....but belive me he is wayyy better lookin in real life....n his hair looks really good on him.....

but to be honest i cant sleep since .. i cant eat..im goin insane....may god help me....

I didn't like Nikhil behaviour towards Karan and I find him very rude and ungrateful!!Whatever he is today is becouse of Karan!I mean all the fame that he got was becouse of Karan koz KHNH was supposed to be directed by Karan but he decided to give a chance 2 Nikhil!!We can clearly see that Nikhil is nothing without Karan as 4 me SEI is really not worth watching!!No offence to anyone!The actors acted ery well but the problem comes from the story itsel!!And as far as the was is concerned then I don't think that Karan will waste his precious time 4 such petty things!Infront of Karan Nikhil is really nothing!
