When I'm stress about something like JA's CV gave me headache with bad episodes...😆

I used to do that but I always ended up feeling worse after that.😊

I'll feel guilty for days. It is not easy to live with that guilty feeling.

So, I tried not to channel my anger to my little sibling and look for another method.😊
