What was the name of this Hindi/Bollywood Movie?

I saw this movie about 2 years ago and if I had to guess, it was made sometime between 2003-2012

Basically, these two families are rivals.
One of the son's goes to the other house pretending to be a servant looking for work.
He get's the job and wins over the family because he's extremely talented at everything.
I think he ends up falling in love with the father's daughter and then he dies at the end??? I can't remember, but it was a kick a** movie.

No, I'm stupid American, trying to become more cultural.. I probably found the movie by searching "Top Bollywood Movies of All Time"

this is not storyline of any famous mainstream bollywood movies.
2 guesses, either it was a small budget independant parellel movie.
or, a south indian movie dubbed in hindi.

but in raanjhaaa their family is not rivals and he does not love the daugher after going there. Basically he loves sonam from before and he does some odd job in their house sometimes.

I was thinking Hero No. 1 in that govinda does not die in the end. rest all story is similar to what you described.

On second thoughts, why do I feel like Anil Kapoor is in this movie? OP, is Anil Kapoor in this film?
