KSBKBT FF Broken Ties 2 - Police scared of lock up death Pg1

I am writing an FF on kyunki Karan Nandini are main leads here with Mihir and Tulsi. Most other Charcaters are side characters based on story they will get prominence.

Story so far

Bhoomi hate Karan as not real dad. Karan gives her money she misbehaves with him Nandini rebukes her. Gunjan is 8 year old kid of Karan and Nnadini. Mihir and Karan love her very much and she makes them both dance to her tunes. Manthan comes to india after Tanya death few years later after completing his MBA in USA in secret. Manthan wants revenge on Karan and Nandini for betraying his mom Tanya and leaving him and his mom alone abroad. Karan has not seen Mantahn for several years as Tanya kept him away from Manthan in grudge that he loved nandini. Manthan targets his step sister Gunjan. Arjun Singhania saves Gunjan life. Arjun(parth) was brought up by Mandira cousin Durga and her hubby Rudra as own son in USA. Arjun finished his BE in USA and come india to visit his family.

Part60 Arjun hit and run case

Next day Vikram driving car and suddenly Vikram loses control to avoid road divider and goes and hits a constable serious. Vikram does not stop out offear and drives on. Police car gives them a chase but miss them. Arjun seesaccident and Vikram car.Police trace the car owner as RPS and goes and arrestVikram at night club where he is partying. Police really furious as one oftheir constable has been hit and seriously injured. Vikram is taken to station.Vikram goes with him and police refuse to release him. Vikram goes back to house.RPS gone to Delhi for business.

Arjun gets info from one of his friend in same club that Vikram isarrested. He goes into station and wants to speak to police inspector. He isasked to sit and wait. Arjun observes Police Inspector is rude person. He has heard this inspector is ruthless with criminals.

Vikram: Arjun Arjun save me Arjunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Police Inspector(PI): That guy who is arrested for hitting ourconstable Kulwant, whats his name?

Police constable(PC): Vikram .............................VikramSinghania, RPS Son

Police Inspector: I do not care whose son. Our Kulwant is wadingbetween life and death. Today i will not leave this rich fellow. What does hethink? No regard for law and order. Not bothered to stop after hitting also.Let me see how he gets bail, its anyway Friday. Take him to interrogation cell

Arjun hears this conversation and gets scared. He thinks how to save Vikram, RPS also not in station.

He goes to inspector and says

Arjun: Inspector, i have come to confess in that hit and run case on Barton Road

PI: What? Hit and run of constable. Who are you?

Part61 Arjun takes blame

Arjun: My name is Arjun Singhania, Vikram Singhania’s younger brother

PI: But your brother Vikram said he was driving car

Arjun: He loves me very much so took the blame

PI ask details like time of accident, location and Arjun aswers correctly

PI: Get Vikram Singhania here

Vikram comes.

PI: Your brother Arjun Singhania here says he was driving car when ourconstable was hit

Vikram staring at Arjun confused.

Arjun goes towards Vikram

Arjun: Are you mad Vikram? Why did you take blame on yourself for theaccident

Arjun hugs Vikram and whispers: Keep quiet and leave Vikram

Vikram: But

Arjun: Just leave, please

PI: What are you both whispering?

Arjun: Nothing Inspector. My brother lied to save me. Please arrest me and leave him.

PI: Ok, Constable. Release Vikram Singhania and take Arjun Singhaniainto custody

Arjun: Do not tell anyone at home till dad comes, they will get upset. And please inform at home i have gone on work urgently to outstation

Vikram leaves the place. He reaches Singhania residence.

Part62 Arjun tortured

Durga and Sonali see him: Vikram we heard you are arrested

Vikram: No, Arjun (Remembers Arjun telling him not to tell anyone) i mean yes they released me

Sonali: Why are you looking tensed?

Vikram: Nothing, i want to be alone. I am going to my room

In station Arjun interrogation.

PI: Name

Arjun: Arjun

PI: Full Name(hits him in stick and asks)

Arjun: Arjun Singhania

PI: Hmm bade baap ki bigdi hui aulaad (Rich fathers brat son)

PI: So you drove the car into our constable

Arjun: Yes, i lost control

PI: Really (hits him with stick and laughs and says “My stick alsolost control”)

Arjun getting angry

PI: Hmm Arjun Singhania is getting angry. Stop staring at me else you will not be able to see by the time your rich father comes to your rescue.

PI: The person you hit Kulwant has worked 15 years with me, more like family here and today he is battling for life because of you. I will not let you off so easily.

Arjun: Please do not speak about my family especially dad. The charges are against me, you can speak about me.

Part63 Vikram guilty

PI: What courage in police station? You have not heard of me and myreputation may be. Your family cannot get bail till Tuesday as courts areclosed on holidays. I will ensure all your braveness and lawyer giri that youis gone by time its tuesday

PI: I will hit you but not all of us 7 constables, 2 SI and oneInspector together but single, one at a time.

PI turns to the constables and SI standing there and says “Just showthis rich fathers brat son what it is to mess with law and law makers but oneat a time”. All laugh.

Arjun is hit by everyone taking turns in station till they are deadtired of hitting him

Its Saturday and Vikram feeling guilty. He thinks what to do?

He calls RPS 2-3 times and disconnects.

RPS: Hello Vikram, i am in conference what is it? Anything urgent

Vikram: OK, i will call later in evening

Vikram is moody full day.

In night he dials again.

Vikram: Dad your work is over? When are you coming back

RPS: Thursday. I have important deals to sign on Wednesday and amflying back on Thursday

Vikram thinks RPS busy and should not tell about Arjun.

Vikram: OK, but come back soon

RPS: Why?

Vikram: Nothing

Part64 Vikram lies to family

RPS: tell now if something important

Vikram: No, you come back from business deal. I will tell later

RPS: Ok, fine

Durga sees Vikram acting restless and goes and speaks to him on Sunday

Durga: Tell me honestly Vikram, why are you tensed?

Vikram: Me, no

Durga: You sure

Vikram: Yes

Sonali gets agitated: Arjun phone not coming from 2 days where is he iam getting upset

Vikram: Hes gone outstation on business business

Vikram speaks to lawyer but lawyer says since Arjun ran over the constable getting bail is not easy. He decides to wait for RPS return

Its Wednesday, police wondering why no one came to release on bail Arjun. Arjun has been unwell since Sat-Sunday and he has started getting bloodw hen he coughs-internal bleeding. Neither has been able to eat anything solid and has only water

PI: This fellows family i thought will bring political pressure etc to release him. But 5 days and no one came. What sort of parents and family he has? Not at all bothered. Surprising.

PC: I am also suprised Sir. Nowadays these rich families are like that only Sir, no relationships between anyone and no worry for other family members.

Part65 Police scared of lock up death

PI goes to Arjun cell.

Arjun is lying unable to move much because of pain.

PI: Listen, why your family has not come yet? Where is that brother ofyours, Vikram Singhania? Why he has not come with lawyer for bail?

Arjun: I do not know and starts coughing and blood starts coming outof mouth.

PC rushes to his aid: Do not speak, do not speak, here is water to drink and towel to wipe blood. Just keep lying down do not get up

PI and PC both feeling a bit tensed seeing his condition.

PC: I think we hit him more only Sir. I do not want one more lock up death here. Just last year we had one. Commissioner will be angry if there is one more lock up death and that too a rich person like Arjun Singhania

PI: It was his fault. He ran over our constable.

PC: I know it was his fault but what if he dies

PI: You are right.In anger we tortured him like dreaded criminal. He is a rich person brought up lovingly with all amenities by parents. I forgot that he may not be able to take so much torture.

Arjun smiles listening to this thinking (so dreaded PI and PC have agood heart also haan)
