Nice take as usual Diya. I was online only for short while in the morning and i missed your post.
Coming to the episode it was good with some nice dialogues between PaRud, Danveer/Rudra and Rudra/Laila.

@Swathi ... quick reply as it's almost time for the episode.
Agree with most of your points ... watch a daily soap with zero expectations ... there are bound to be glitches here and there, to cater to TRP junta, the pressures of writing daily episodes, factoring in unexpected events (like Ashish falling sick) ...

Paro's love for her family being put at a lower level than Rudra's love for his country ... comes from their respective jobs / status ... she is an ordinary girl, he is a BSD officer, bound to serve his country ... if he didn't have that respect and dedication, it would be a matter of concern ... the way I see it, it is not remarkable because it his job, his vocation ... So I really don't understand why Paro's loyalty to her family is given lesser importance than Rudra's to his job. Another offshoot of always finding the ML to be 100% right in everything he does, and by extension, the FL is wrong.

As far as I can see, Rudra has made far more mistakes in his campaign against Tejawat than can be excused ... his botched campaign was responsible for the deaths of his men. By Paro signing a nebulous piece of paper, their honor may be restored ... but not their lives.

Speaking of Paro signing that questionable piece of paper, I strongly doubt it would hold up in any court of law ... if she's called for questioning ... what do you know about Tejawat's arms smuggling? Nothing. Then why did you sign? Because Rudra threatened that if I didn't sign, he would forcibly marry me.
Yeah right ... THAT would go down very well with an inquiry commission! 😆

Also, if Paro signs, going strictly by norms that this is a piece of fiction, what will happen? Rudra saves his job IF that piece of paper is accepted as satisfactory evidence ... and Paro is set free ... she is picked up by Tejawat almost instantly for testifying against him ... and killed.

So Rudra retains his job ... and loses his girl.

Since this in meant to be a love story of Rudra and Paro, I can quite see why Paro isn't signing that piece of paper!

I'm with you about both Paro and Rudra losing their most treasured possessions, their identities ... and they have to start afresh ... both of them. And what I want is for them to work together to expose Tejawat. But that will be after Paro woos back Rudra ... let's see how they take it.
