Sufi Muslims are mostly in Turkey. I don't think there are any in India/Pakistani, if there are then very less.

Okay first of all I am not the most religious person out there and this is just from what I observed.

From what I learned if you dont have water or dont have right place to do wudu you do "Masa/Massah" We do that here a lot [I am from US and some times the school restrooms are not the best places to do Wudu]

and secondly about reading Quran without wudu [please correct me if I am wrong] I think it has to do with language because I have seen many people do "Dawah" here and they distribute English version of Quran to many non-Muslims.

Dawah: "preaching Islam or inviting people to Islam or issuing a summon"

about the sufi/shiah thing...i'm pretty sure the haiders and abdullah's are sunni muslims..as they follow the sunni ways and Aliyah prays in a sunni manner...
wikipedia can be edited by anyone...so don't read too much into it guys

on the other hand is sufi muslims even a thing? i thought it was more of a movement / way of praying...

i thought it was only Shiah/Sunni/Wahabi ? well atleast in india and Pakistan

Sunni, Shia and Wahabi are the 3 most common. In total, there are around 75.
