Swathi 🤗 Always a pleasure to see you here!

My prediction
Sumer will help not because his keister is on the line but will take cognizance that she rescued him from being beaten and kicked to death without a thought or fear to her personal safety which will lead to a conscience twinge and probably all 3 will leave the place and make a get away also indirectly reinforcing Danveer's retort to Mohini that it is all about Family
They will also make a group conscious decision not to mention this incident to Rudra so that the actual track can resume seamlessly For any revelation might impact the upcoming scenes
And one more since I seem to be on a Oracle row She and Sumeir may start to get friendly in a platonic way Her fear of him may just dissipate and this will make Rudra even more incensed Just as will Aman when she will nudge him in the direction of Sunehri and I can see Laila rubbing her hands in glee as well

My feelings are similar on the Sumer angle ... either he will not help at all, and Maithili will jump in, or he will see Maithili there and be forced to help Paro, he can't take the risk of Maithili blowing his cover story. Hopefully this might make him reevaluate his thinking about betraying her to Tejawat .. Mohini may have to go it alone, which is all good. And I agree, if they get out unscathed, there will be tacit agreement among entire family not to tell Rudra anything ... that's if Dilsher hasn't already sent him an SOS. So there are still a couple of ways it could go tonight.

They are building to a mother of all MU's coupled with his own mother when the wedding track is over for the main story of RR to unravel This is not just about him and his past but encompasses a generation of dysfunctional family as part of this love story else it will be same old same old not even new wine in old bottle

Yes, and I hope this time they do unravel the entire plot, and not have it go haywire in 11/25/404/45 days and a past that becomes a 'meant nothing'. Already Dilsher's bitterness has melted a tad too quickly.I have a feeling the main plot is more about Rudra's relationship with his mother, which will require huge repair work, and that's where Paro will be the major player.

People forget that this is a foisted upon deviation from the main track to cover Ashish's illness and I must say the creative's have gone about it real well for a lay viewer would never have noticed his absence I for one really enjoyed these last few episodes When you have an stellar ensemble cast like RR has it is only right to utilize them well which they have done We would never have got that absolutely splendid scene where Thakur was showing a Rookie Sumeir the art of negotiating ransom demands smartly Tarun had me in splits with those eyebrows and voice modulation the way he silkily stated the moolah he was willing to pay by the hour Who would have thought Mohini had a comedic streak in her Those mother son altercations were hilarious as well as the bromance of Danveer and Dilsher The actor playing Sumeir came into his own with his act and for once Paro had quite a few dialogues to utter RR writers are able to make the show go on unlike another time where they lost the plot despite having ample resources at their disposal- there too was another collection of fabulous support actors completely sidelined along with the female lead- so this PH knows the difference and it shows

I was perfectly happy with the show this last week, except for the day Paro went missing 😉 Even that was more because her absence was unexpected ... but had no complaints with the storytelling ... that went on just fine. All the actors are good, and are fun to watch ... in fact watching Mohini and Sumer in lighter vein, in a mess of their own making, was completely entertaining. I hope fans here don't start making the same mistake as they did in our last common show, and start equating the show with one character and one couple ... that puts unnecessary pressure on the actors and the writers, and spells doom for the show,as we know.

RR has a story (albeit ridden with so many holes some just begging to be ridiculed still is interesting to watch if one suspends belief) which I hope they are able to tell without making too much of a compromise

Lol, I watch a few other shows on telly too, RR is not the only one ... suspension of belief is a must if you want to enjoy anything. Don't know why only RR comes under the scanner so closely. Only a few specific things get my goat ... for the rest, I go with the flow.

I think the creatives smartly justified Paro stepping out with just that bit of snatches of Rudra's sentences that Mohini wanted her to hear selectively and electively Paro transitioned from blind trust that he can sort it out to of course what else can be expected He has no care for family or feelings (foreshadowing Mohinis games between the 2 in the future) Very much in her character and ergo her defiance and going against his order of house arrest Again another clever touch the flash back

I don't think she is being this mahaan female just someone like you or me when the chips are down you fight back with whatever you can lay your hand on and here she sees Sumer and her beloved Jija ( sweet how she really cares for her and reciprocated as well) in danger and fights I so hate the stereotypical reinforced image of knight in shining armor out to the rescue kind of a throwback especially in these dangerous times of threats of sexual and physical assault a very tangible reality They showed her proactive and I also like it that she was overpowered and did not do this Wonder Woman sort of heroics Adds to the suspense of Sumeirs response An aside- why are all Knights generally thought to be male? I liked Snow White and the Huntsmen for precisely why not

You said it 😆 Again comes back to the same thing ... suspension of belief is a must ... how did Mohini know Rudra would not mention his sherwani when she put the phone on speaker? 😛 Paro's going with Sumer was expected from her character ... I feel her vacillation between faith in Rudra (he will sort things out) to mistrust (he is a jallad with no care for family) is currently part of her own confusion about the different shades of Rudra she is grappling with ... if he does come to the rescue, the confusion may tilt more towards trust again. But I was happy to see her get proactive too ... she didn't want to stay in the car either, she wanted to be in the action.

Rudra and Paro are just fictional characters subject to a capricious audience mood and the creative's response to that is how the Grinch looks at it
I honestly don't get these calls for Paro to wake up smell the coffee swoon in gratitude over the sheer magnanimity of his gestures Lets say for argument sake she does find out the truth then she will sit at his feet makes goo goo faces and show her guilt ridden eyes and need to sacrifice HE will make an exit stage left MU is the raison de etre of any love story Take away that and we know what happens There is a wedding Hate fake whatever waiting to happen There can be no changing shift in characters if the present status quo is not to be jeopardized It is just 50 episodes old and laws of soap state that hatred misapprehension and rancor on parts of both leads have to be maintained for at least a good 150 episodes if the eye sax is to be intense and hot and the villains of the piece to exploit them and sorry if I came across being testy just tired of these repeated asking

You and me too ... don't know why people want Paro to "understand" Rudra ... or Rudra to believe Paro ... if they did, the show would wind up in ten days! They have to be on opposite sides for a good while longer ... at least this time the MU has a solid basis ... and both sides are right in their own way.

Rudra is also not being shown smart for a reason else as per Military rules POW are subject to the Vienna Convention and Paro will be in a women's cell with rights The creative's have chosen some cinematic liberties to enable a story to unfold If he had not wiped out the Baraat then we wont have this hostage/Taker premise and RR would not be on our screens

P.S. It was absolutely thrilling to see Moochwala back in action if only for a couple of minutes Sigh his theek hai yummy though FLH (hormonal) earlier phangurling phase are completely over ( she was a goner the first few weeks shudder shudder nightmarish and now banished to a corner )FLG still has her integrity and honor so I FLS can afford to be smug
Now it is only about the story
🤣 phangurling FLS is a shock to the system ... good to see the Grinch back. 😛 And even better to see Moochiya back ... PaRud are back on screen, or will be tonight ... and all is well in RR world!
P.P.S. I admire your dedication as well as Sush MKM TV Bug to name but a few for your timely thoughtful responses to the replies in all your threads I still have to finish answering mine which I plan on tackling over the weekend Sometimes real life can be overwhelming but you all beautifully seem to balance an art I have yet to master
I don't manage always ... only when I have free days, which happens a couple of times a week. For the rest, I reply as many as I can, just to keep the discussion going.

Wow I have taken quite a bit of real estate in your thread Just needed to share what I felt
Always good to see you here, Swathi ... keep dropping in!

Awesome woman power too - both in a good way with Paro and in a bad way with Mohini - even Maithali was using her brains to get rescued! Let's hope we get more of that tonight with Paro and Maithali bashing the goons
( Sanaya got her wish of ass-kicking even if it goons rather than Rudra!😆)

What does an affable villain like Sumer do in this situation - time to look up Affable Villain rulebook 101!

I was impressed with the episode i actually want to tune in tonight to see what happens - so they got the excitement quota right and this is not even the main plot

It will be interesting to see whether they put the older scenes in with the newer ones this week and how they mesh it all together so that it makes sense - the plot is moving very fast now so let's see what they do

And the MU continues - and gets bigger - I think Rudra will cotton on though - especially after Paro accuses him of not caring for his family and Maithali maybe remembers Bheema - enough clues for sharp Major saab - let's hope Paro and Rudra's brains get working not just Kakisa's All he needs to do now is find the photo of Paro in Kakisa's room and bingo ( it can't be that hard even Sumer stole from that room whilst Kakisa was in it!!)

I would love to know why Kakisa is the way she is too - her kids seem ok for the most part - I hope we find out her backstory

Of course not forgetting Rudyboy is back - his concern for Paro is lovely (strictly for duty purposes of course 😉)

Yesterday was definitely Women's Day on Rangrasiya ... the men were strictly ornamental only ... except for Sumer who did driver duty 😆 Yep, Sanaya got her wish of some ass kicking ... 😆 now let's hope Paro and Maithili take care of the goons and rescue Sumer banna ... he is caught between a rock and a hard place now ... good! His rule book just went for a toss!

This was a filler track so I'm not expecting any major revelations ... wedding is going to continue as before. If Rudra found that photo, he would have his proof of linking Paro to Tejawat ... which means he is not finding it any time soon ... just before or just after the wedding is my guess, depending on whether the wedding is going to happen or not.

Me too ... waiting for tonight ... they did a good job with the filler track, and Ashish is back already, so the main story can resume.
