My Best friend's B-day!

The rays of the sunlight peeped through the white curtain disturbing the precious morning sleep of the most beautiful couple in the world. As the rays continued to play the notorious game with them, they snuggled closer to each other, in search of warmth, comfort, love and what not? "Zoya, why do I find you more and more beautiful with each passing day?" His husky voice was something she could never resist and right now it was begging her to look into his eyes. "And why do I find your voice more and more sexier with each passing day?" She said caressing his jaw with her index finger. "I guess, to seduce my sexy wife, early in the morning." He said with a wink, pulling her closer to himself to which she blushed and lowered her eyelashes. "Asad!!! Where are your tameez and tehzeb gone these days?" " Ummm...I threw them out of the window 16 years back, the day I got married to you." He kissed her cheek. "Awww...now c'mon get up! We are getting late." Saying this she got up and rushed towards washroom while Asad went back to his sleep.

After exactly 30 minutes he heard the washroom door click open and there stood his wife in nothing but a towel wrapped around her body. This was something he had demanded on the second day of their marriage and she had happily obliged. Why wouldn't she? After all he was her husband. "Asad! I asked you to get up right? Why are you still sleeping?" She faked anger. He slowly hopped off the bed and moved towards her. He held her waist and pulled her closer, " Where's my good morning kiss?" She smiled at her husband and brought his face closer to that of her. But before she could kiss...SPRANG... and the door opened, with a signature line, " Allah Miyan, what's wrong with you Ammi-Abbu? How many time should I say you guys to lock the door, whenever you...woh...woh actually..I mean...I guess you understood what I mean." Adya said sheepishly to cover up her embarrassment for repeating the same mistake again.

Asad and Zoya looked at each other wide eyed before moving towards Adya.

Asad: " And how many time should I say you to knock the door before entering the room?" He was equally embarrassed for being caught by his daughter at such moment.

Adya : " Oh c'mon dad, it's my ammi-abbu's room, it's not like I'm entering my principal's room, right?"

Zoya : " Absolutely right baby! And Asad stop giving the same lectures you used to throw on me some years back."

Adya : "You are the best ammi in the world!" She hugged her ammi. "And yeah, get ready soon. You guys remember right? It's Nishu's birthday."

Asad : " Yes baby, we do. We will see you in the dining hall after thirty minutes. You go and get ready."

Adya: "Okay, Be quick. And yeah ammi, you look sexy in that." She winked pointing at what Zoya was wearing and ran towards her room while Asad glared at Zoya who glared back at him for giving that look knowing that it wasn't her fault at all.

Bagrecha Villa

The Party was on full swing when Asya along with Adya entered the villa. The living hall was beautifully decorated with balloons, papers, flowers and other dcor items. Adya's eyes kept searching for her best friend, and there she spotted Nisha talking with some of her friends looking absolutely breathtaking in a red gown. " Hey Nishu!" She shouted from the entrance, while Asad and Zoya rolled their eyes at her childish behavior. She ran towards Nishu and engulfed her in a tight hug. " HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY PRINCESS! You are looking absolutely stunning! You took my breath!" " Thank you so much my dramebazz friend." An over enthusiastic Nishu hugged her best friend once again."

Nisha turned towards Asya, "Hello Uncle." " Hey Nishu, Happy Birthday. May allah fulfil all your wishes." " Thanks uncle." Than, she literally jumped over Zoya, hugging her tightly, "Happy Birthday my sweetheart." " Thank you so much Aunty and thanks for coming." " Oh! Baby, you need not to thank for that. And her is your present from Asad and me. And I absolutely have no idea what your best friend has bought for you."

Nisha : "Thank you so much aunty." Then turning towards Adya " Hey Adya! Where's my birthday gift haan?" She said pulling out a perfect pout.

Adya: " Wait for a while darling!"

Nisha : " Umm..okay!"

Asad : " Nishu, where's Mr. Rakesh? I need to discuss something with him."

Adya/Zoya : " Dad/Asad No business related works during family time. "

Zoya: " And yeah Asad Mr. Rakesh might be busy so don't disturb him."

Nisha started laughing at this cute family, "No worries aunty. Infact he wanted to talk to you as well. He just went towards the garden."

Asad : " Thanks sweetheart. I will join you guys in a while." He said ignoring the faces his daughter and wife were making.

Adya than ignoring her boring dad turned towards Nishu, "Hey Nishu, when are you gonna cut the cake?"

Nishu : " Actually I myself haven't seen my birthday cake yet." She said sadly.

Adya: " Oh! Don't worry. It might be a surprise." She winked at her and then turned to Zoya smirking slightly.

Suddenly the light went off. And there was a spotlight dancing around the hall which finally landed on "Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Asad." Mr. Rakesh held the mike in his hand and drew the attention of the others, " Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you so much for attending the party and making this day even more special for my daughter. " The entire hall applauded at his gratitude.

"And now, I would like to call upon stage Mrs Khan along with my darling wife. 😉

Both of them stood on the either side of their husband. "And I don't know what this is but we are made to do something I didn't even think I would be doing."

The spotlight once again danced around the hall, and landed upon Adya. "And my best friend, this is one of the surprises from my side to you. Ladies and gentlemen, here we go, a dance performance by the two most beautiful couples right here." Nisha looked at Adya shocked at the announcement, and then looked at the stage and back to Adya. "You are amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She said hugging Adya whose laughter was now being echoed throughout the hall, as she had the mike in her hand. "Bas kar silly girl, and save this thank you for someone else as well." She said coming out of the hug. Nisha was confused at her statement but before she could ask anything, her favorite song was played and both her as well as Adya's parents were swaying along with the music as if it was the most natural thing in the world.

As soon as the song came to an end both Adya and Nisha ran to the stage and hugged their respective parents. "That was so romantic!" Both said dreamily as they came out of hug to which both the parents laughed. "And this song was choreographed by..." "Ms. Adya Ahmed Khan." Adya completed the sentence proudly. She came out of the hug as soon as she heard the word cake'. " Yeahhh! And by the way where's my birthday cake? I haven't seen one yet." She said sadly. " Turn around!"

And that's when Nisha got another surprise. There stood Anee, on the top of the stairs, holding a cake in her hand. "Oh my holy god! Adya? Is that Anee? She came all the way from Nepal to make it for my birthday." Adya laughed again and said, " Yes, silly girl ! Actually this party was planned by both of us and she's in Vijayawada since one week." " God..."

Nisha literally jumped over the stairs and made her way to the top followed by Adya. As she was about to hug Anee, " STOP!" Anee shouted. Both Nisha and Adya looked at her confused. "Uffo girls, there's cake in my hand." They laughed at this and made their way down to the hall. As soon as the cake was rested on the table, Nisha launched herself onto Anee, hugging her tightly, " Thank you so much Anee, for making this day even more special." She said getting emotional all of a sudden. " oe, stop being all emotional now. And no need to thank. Now c'mon cut the cake. I took three long hours to select it."

Soon the cake cutting ceremony started, with the entire hall echoing Happy Birthday to you...Happy Birthday to you...Happy Birthday dear Nisha...Happy Birthday to you. After the cake was cut, She recieved gifts from everyone over there except Anee and Adya. " You might be looking for a gift from us, but this year we planned for something different. Three of us will go for shopping tomorrow and you will get yourself gift from both of our sides, whatever you want." "Really! You guys are so eager to empty your wallet, haan?" Nisha hugged them for the umpteenth time that day. "Anything for you sweety! And yeah now the last surprise ,Look at the door." " My goodness, one more."

Nisha turned towards the door and got another surprise. This time she was rather shocked. "There stood Karan Singh Grover and Surbhi Jyoti' hand in hand who were now approaching towards her. " Happy Birthday Nisha." Both Karan and Surbhi wished and hugged her but Nisha was too shocked to reply to any of them. " Oye Nish, we have gone through so much for this and you aren't even thanking them for wishing you." Both Anee and Adya shouted at Nisha. "Oh I am so sorry... I mean thank you so much, she said hugging both Karan and Surbhi once again, and this time in her full senses." They captured the moment and exclaimed how great fan were they of these celebrities.

As the party came to an end, the dj played the song and everyone entered the dance floor.

P.S : I know you wouldn't like to kill your friend, but i guess i deserve to be strangled alive for not knowing your birth date, and plus for the crap above ! 😭
