it was very gentleman like gesture which also showed his respect for her.

it also showed his relief to see her, a person on whom he can rely to be his buddy.

i mean when we go to a place where ppl are good but formal. they r aquaintances but not friends. and then a person of day to day interaction arrives we feel relief.

i felt that relief in his gesture.
