As per spoilers,the episode 9x17 (directed by misha Collins) will see aftermath of mark of Cain...( yayyy...finally)...the episode will mark the return of henry Winchester and abadaon too

MISHA COLLINS MAKES HIS
DIRECTING DEBUT " Dean (Jensen
Ackles) struggles with the after
effects of the Mark of Cain.
Meanwhile, Sam (Jared Padalecki)
hears about a case where straight-
laced people are turning into violent
murderers. Sam suspects possession
and suggests to Dean that they
investigate, but Dean tells him to go
without him. While interviewing the
local townsfolk, Sam meets an
elderly woman named Julia (guest
star Jenny O'Hara), who tells him the
Men of Letters came to town in 1958.
Julia tells Sam the story of a young
man named Henry Winchester (guest
star Gil McKinney) and his female
companion, Josie Sands (guest star
Alaina Huffman). While Sam is away,
Crowley (Mark Sheppard) tests Dean.
Misha Collins directed the episode
written by Adam Glass (#917).

p.s...ok so Adam glass is the writer of the episode and I m glad finally something on that mark of Cain will come...after a month or two long,finally excited for an spn episode

oops ghostfacer episode had some
good moments
light dean Sam moments were
good...
but this epi marked the start of a
other dean...like no mercy one...he
killed that fake thin man person in
cold without any bad feeling...dean
has started changing as result of that mark...
dean is cold while killing that man:

Sam reaction to it:

dean face when his throat was about tp be ripped...its like he didn't care(shud I say either its mark effect or he is thinking dat self loathing stuff that as Sam also doesn't care,he better die)

Sam reaction...finally itne dino baad laga ki kahi baki hai inka bhai-chara🤣

P.s dean hz bin a lil merciless even in d past few epis dunno y but he is becomin cold wen it comes to killing creepy

I was wondering if u'll ask this ques, I had to really jog my memory 4 this 😆 honestly speaking, the mark hz bin showing effect ever since dean got it in epi 11 eku it just wasnt that much obvious till the last epi...rmr he had no soft corner for werewolves in epi 12? he didnt wanted to believe Garth nd turned up wid a silver knife on their prayer day just in case he needed to kill them off he was quite cold emotionally in d whole werewolf affair epi except the hugging part wid Garth ofcourse ...moreover he casually asks to kill mariza- the female parasite in epi 13, he was actually smiling while he asked sam to finish her off as well while knowing the fact that she was innocent...lucky dt sam convinces him to let her go...in epi 14 the captives he wz quite comfortable wid no regrets in tellin Del abt Crowley nd him being bffs nd explaining the negative actions ov the crowley to Del not once he got afraid dt hez gonna have his throat cut nd he also , watched without disgust how dt sick demon squeezed all the blood out in a bowl u'll noe wt i mean if u hv watched d epi,.. as if al ov this isnt enough as evidence, he also forces Roger 2 stab himself very slowly as if he wanted him to feel every bit of pain in epi 15 he cud've finished d job in a flash but no he did it v slowly nd peacefully wid a cold expression on his face, to add to this he is not at all upset that they just killed two ppl in epi 15 nd casually shoves the matter away by saying dt the whole matter wil appear as if both the two idiots finished eachother off in a fight,if u c carefully then u'll notice that the talk b/w ed nd harry didnt affect dean as much as it did to sam,, rmr sam looking towards dean while Ed nd Harry argued in front ov them just lyk they did in d past few epis?? Dean did not make any eye contact wid him or returned the glance, he didnt look guilty to me more lyk jo ho gya so hogya,... he just wanted to sit in the car nd drive away, to add to this hez worrying abt crowley in epi 16's spoiler 😲 All ov these things over the past few epis were enough to tell that Dean is changing, hez becoming cold cuz ov that mark...

P.S I didnt mention his look b4 he wz abt to get his throat cut cuz that part has already bin discussed...
