Heya😊

so the other day, I was just wondering on Ansh story and Jagan story and wondering 'what if...scenarios'
Like for Ansh, there was this very filmy idea I had for Ansh😆...after S walked out of marriage, I wished that S would be preparing to fly back to London and Ansh would have a reunion scene at the airport or something, where A would realize love for him and blast him and get him back😆 I know, its very ekta maataaish😆 no tamatars please😳
with Jagan..I wish J wouldnt have come back to Singhs and got to spend more time knowing Ganga while he was rediscovering to live his life...when he had left BH after Ansh marriage...like both of them all alone and some great intense emotional outbursts and conversations, like the ones they had on Gauri...or the one where J ended up shouting at G, when she insisted on him having milk...something on those lines...consolidating all the pain points of past and being the gaurdian of each other's secret and all - like what they couldnt share with anyone, they could share with each other
Any particular plot, way forward, alternative you'll had in mind for these two jodis or any other jodi of BV, please do share😊
Its not a thread to bash any jodi - the attempt is to enable all of us to share our expectations and thoughts/ imaginations we had for them😊 , so please do not take this post in a wrong manner...thank you😊

I think the story went wrong when they made Jagya a cheater and two timing two ladies. My idea - J goes to Mumbai, is affected by the cultural shock. Meets a beautiful, confident Gauri. Likes her and compares her (in his mind) with the low educated wife. He thinks why did the elders got him married in his childhood - he envies other boys of his college - who are free to choose their life partners. Spends first few years of medical college torn between his village upbringing and city life. Ultimately confesses his feelings with Gauri and simultaneously informs his family (including Anandi) about his inability to continue the relationship which was forced on him - here they could show family repenting the child marriage and feeling guilty of destroying the life of a girl just to follow the tradition of child marriage (and forcing her to discontinue her education) and at the same time accepting the right of their son to choose his own life partner. Jagya feels guilty of leaving Anandi, but still thinks that he cannot live happily with Anandi - his heart is with Gauri. Anandi is shattered but still understand the feelings of Jagya and they remained good friends. Anandi restart her education and became a teacher and social reformer.

@ Spuja, I loved your plot too and wish it had turned out that way.Instead of making J a two-timer and G a selfish-plotting Dolby sound, It would have been nice if J-G were accepted by Singhs after Singhs realising their mistake of child marraige.
On the other hand Anandi - education - social worker - Shiv- love- marraige - happly life would be great.
But I guess story would end there.

I had expectation that CVs would close off Gauri's chapter properly and not half-hanging.

If JaGa were to seperate, it should have been a mature separation and not the mere fight / slaps and the end. We still don't know what happened to Gauri

J-Ganga story didn't pick well. G2's character started very well and it was moving greatly until RAT attacked on BH, after that it was rushed love story, where J was once again made to be confused / two-timer while G2 shown desparate to be with J. Hence a very dramatic question of ' hamara rishta kya hai' and marriage in a spur of a moment. Didn't go well.
They should have shown both J-G2 understanding their feelings, emotions and desire for marriage with lot of maturity. Especially because the two had gone through a lot in their lives. Then a happy ending with their marriage being accepted by all without any drama.
Something similar to Tellygeek's OS for which she won the award.

For Anandi-Shiv, I would have liked Anandi to come in contact with the DC in connection with her school/college (there was no need to dramatically post a DC in Jaitsar and for all other purposes, let it remain a village). They could have developed Anandi-Shiv relationship from official to mutual admiration to love and then marriage. It was not even required to make a khichadi of rishtas by making Anandi as the only daughter of badi haveli and Singhs the only parents of Anandi. Kachchi Umar ke Pakke Rishte could have easily be shown by not breaking Singhs-Anandi bond even after breaking of Anandi-Jagya marriage. Singhs accepting Anandi like their own daughter and Anandi feeling that both Khajan-Bhago and Bhiro-Sumitra are her parents would have been better.

The story does not end after marriage - in real world - so it should be similar in serial world also. Social service is one wast area and a lot of tracks could have been created inter-spread with a few family tracks. In fact creatives touched issues like adult education, epidemic, rape etc. but without proper research.

Spuja - interesting post
yep, it would have gone with the theme of child marriage ruining the lives of the two involved in it. And probably this is how it should have been...
but the angle of Gauri is still unsolved in this - maybe the fact that J is that guy from her forced bal vivah days, what if she would have outright refused - because she always carried a strong negativity in her heart against Singhs and J?

Thanks Esha😊
The ending to JaGa was abrupt...though Gauri would have never let gone off J, if J would have wanted to end it on a mature note, coz she was obssessed with him towards the end of their relationship. Maybe that slap was the most drastic way to cut off JaGa and going with Ga's mental state that time?
surely want some resolution on what happened to Gauri and her child - she is successful, but is she the same girl now, who started off as a nice, bright girl in college days, or is she still nursing hatred towards Bal Vivah?
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I think the whole Sa addition was not required at all...they could have very well developed on Jagan standalone, my opinion, they should have been kept away from Jaitsar, Singhs till they developed a bond - I wanted Ganga's fiery attitude towards Men developed a lot more, her learning on her own to become an independent woman and resisting the liking for J in her heart...but still feeling comforted in his presence, that feeling of ease in her heart - that he is one man, she can trust forever...forming over a period of time

Somehow, I always felt that making Gauri the girl who was married to J in childhood, and making both J and Gauri negative were actually weak point of the serial. It removed the focus from child marriage by focusing on human weakness - adultery, two timing, bigamy etc. In my story - Gauri is not that abandoned Gudia - she is a medical student not related to J's past. She is not negative.

I left Ganga. If she had to be shown, the story would have been - both J and Gauri helping the battered Ganga - helping her to escape from the devil, get education and job. No need for any love triangle or Ganga falling for J in my story. The saviour can also be a brother, a friend - it is not necessary to be a love interest.

Ahah😊 got it...makes sense. That would have shortened the lifespan of the show though. The CVs needed something to get going for them for a good long time, so maybe they spinned the concept around adultery and bigamy and not child marriage.
J's character was pretty much moulded in a manner that was adaptable in every direction right from his childhood days, so his turning grey dint come as a much of a shocker to me...it went with the flow of him being impulsive and taking wrong decisions...
but yes, the alternative line of J-Ganga-Gauri is absolutely great⭐️ truly, that was a good one, a platonic bond between the two and J as the good at heart person, even Gauri, the child marriage walli Gauri would have helped her fine, coz she too was a do gooder atleast in her profession😊

@bold - I agree, he always had some grey included in his character - selfish, impulsive, pampered ladesar, who was making bad choices but never wanted to undergo punishment. But still - the main culprit in the story should have been bal-vivah - making both balika vadhu and balak var as victim of this social evil.

If the creative's intention was to stretch the story by making J as negative considering his grey shades right from childhood - adultery after second marriage would have made more sense. Here they made adult choice as wrong - something that is hard to accept.

If Gauri was to remain Gudia - it is difficult to accept that she chose to remain in bigamy with Jagya knowing well about the past. An educated, confident girl would not have want to remain a second wife and this relationship will always remind her of her childhood trauma. Even if her intention was revenge - why would she destroying her own life in the process. This is one thing I would never understand - in serials - the vamp is like some joker - trying to harm others but their actions are such that it will harm themselves more. Never understood why Gauri remained in relationship with J or why Sanchi wanted to marry J.

If Gauri was actually a vamp - she should have recorded all those Jagya's love declarations and to send them to Bhairo/Sumitra/Anandi , without committing the adulterous relationship with J. She could have made J leave his wife and family and even then not married him citing her being wronged in childhood by J and his family. But in the serial - she was destroying her own life more than Anandi's or J's.
