What's worse about this situation is that a lot of people probably just brush this off saying it's her fault because she's a po*nstar. She's brought this on herself.

Agreed with you 100%.

But I think the member was just pointing out the uselessness of our police force that blames women rather than take action. Unless you are famous, rich or influential, it is hard to get molestation or rape taken seriously.

There is absolutely no excuse for rape. No one "wants it".
