i didn't see the episode yet but logically, her hesitation was for Kamla as it's her who gives her the job ... Actually she doesn't want to disappoint Kamla, i think the main reason is that ... because, she refused to go back for her self-respect ... And then, she was happy for Raghav's call ... That's my intrepretation... but the only one, who can tell us the answer ... Well it's Kalpi 😛

Thanks for clearing my doubt coz everyone is saying she went back for raghav even in that scene I was like where's your self respect now girl coz for me kalpi going back to work just coz raghav asked her to was so out of character but doing it for kamla makes so much sense

I think she smiled more for the relieve that she doesn't need to tell kamla about quitting the job.
And was happy that he took the step of calling her to solve the problem.
