Kalpi's hesitation for quitting the job.. Kamla or Raghav?

I know I could see that smile on her face Raghav called her to be there in 10 minutes..

But I am little confused.. was she happy because Raghav called her back... and Raghav needed her... or whatever.. OR was it a relieve, that she will not have sit down and convince Kamla about this stupid issue...!!

I had this thought while rewatching the episode, that.. Had Kalpi successfully told Kamla and had Kamla agreed, she might have not gone back...
Or was it because she could never tell no to Mr. Akdoo..!!

Best part of Today's episode is... just the fact, he will not let Ms. Jadav leave the job!!! and Kalpi is affected by Raghav..!!!


One danger if Kalpi sits to explain Kamla, would be her saying. Raghav can never understand her abilities and capabilities, because he keeps on comparing her with paakhi and how Paakhi is better then her.. she might even tell about Raghav's direct comparision..
But Good thing would be..!
And Kamla might agree to make Kalpi leave or assure how nice Raghav baba and make her understand.. that she had told him to teach you *How to be successful*, and he is doing it for her benefit...

Kalpi was smiling whn Raghav called her... But she was happy becoz Kamla wouldn't be upset.. Becoz as of now, she is in the starting stage of developing feelings for Raghav...

She was happy wid mr.akdoo's call...not for kamla...
She never able to say No to him jus like he never able to say her No 😳
She was happy coz he himself called her n said to come in office 😳 wid this his little gesture she got back her smile 😳
She was happy that he doesn't want her to quit this job..😳
N her all hurted self respect,his insult n all repaired by his only 1 call 😳
So in short she was happy that mr.akdoo called her back 😳

kalpi was happy that raghav called her. he called her after such a tantrum he threw the previous day!

That smile was for Raghav's call only. She was happy that Mr. Akdoo called her and asked her to come for work. She was worrying about facing him but tht call relieved her. I feel Kamla was not in her mind at that time. even after explaining things to Kamla.. m sure Kalpi wud have gone to work on Raghav's call. She can't say no to him.

she readily accepted to report to work despite her declaration that she resigned, twice said and twice approved verbally! the pull is too strong for both of them. ab yeh dono nahin bicharne wale hai.

and kalpi is connected to raghav. she is pulled to him and can never refuse him, never.

her feelings for Raghav runs very deep but she ignores it right now. she is thinking about Raghav too, day and night.

Honestly, as nice as it would be to imagine that it was him that caused the relief and smile on her face, I would have to say that it was Kamla who caused it because if you watched the whole episode, she didn't know how to explain the matters to Kamla. Kamla encouraged her to go to work, and she didn't know how to go after she already resigned. Now that Raghav called, she was relieved that he still expected her to come back and they could maybe go back to work without ever mentioning that resignation again, blaming it on the heat of the moment. I would say though that she does hold Raghav somewhere in her heart as a dear childhood memory and may warm up to him quickly if he just lets her.

Special mention: That freaking office scene. I loved how the directors/writers used Kalpi as a way of clarifying or making sense of what he was feeling. It was sooo ADORABLE! He wants her to come back so bad. It's so cute =)

You know Soni and Mehr, how I wish you both were correct.. yes she has attraction, and when I watched the episode for first time, I also felt how sweet and aww... but rewatching the scenes really disappointed me..!!

But I also felt the same thing as this... exactly same.. she was all throughout wondering how to talk to Kamla..
