Lovely take. As you said the episode was fast paced and with revelations. I loved Sanaya today, was gorgeous. Never thought Red is for men, Rudra was good too. So finally Rudra's mother is revealed to the audience. waiting for mother and son meeting, hope cv's don't show her a selfish woman.

Thanks, Malini .. Sanaya was absolutely ravishing today ... I couldn't take my eyes off her! No wonder Rudra was spellbound 😳

Red kurta ... jury is out on that one 😉 He carried it off well though.

Like I said above, I doubt Rudra's mom left for selfish reasons ... why would her BIL be so much in sympathy with her? And the fact that he is in the BSD has to be of some significance here. He knew or heard something that even her husband, Dilsher did not ... if he can keep the secret of Paro's real story hidden from his wife because it is a BSD secret and not a personal one, then he would have hidden the real reason of Rudra's mom running away from his brother, if it was to do with the BSD's work.
There is lots more to the story than what we have seen ... the fact that Thakurain has been revealed as Rudra's mom so early in the show indicates that it is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of story.

Truly Diya, lots happened in one episode. All the players are getting into place and we are heading for a massive showdown. Next week should be explosive. Another nice take.

A huge loop of Rudra's mom has opened today, what all this will lead to is going to be an interesting watch.

Thanks, U ... the track is building up for a big dhamaka on maha Shivratri ... the wedding rituals on one side, interspersed with the investigative work ... both by Rudra and Mohini 😛 Lots is happening on all fronts ... its good to have the Thakur back!

So thakurain finally made her entry as Rudra's mother!

Bad thing is, now a days i do not feel the excitement at these revelations!

All these spoilers, on location videos and interviews are killing the show for me. There should be a limit. nothing is unknown to us, and thus nothing surprises me..like when thakurainsa entered the scene, we all knew who she was.. so all those drama, storm, umbrella, hiding her face , thunder - everything seemed useless effort to create suspense!

Anyways, this is the not the place for this many be.. but as I said, today it really affected my interest about the show!

Message has been passed and received ... so hopefully we will get less spoiler videos now. I stopped watching them since the last week or so ... so I have enjoyed the episodes. I didn't even read Sadia's interview, and don't plan to ... surprising that such a senior actress can give away so much of the story line 😲 Agree with you, the suspense of whether she is or is not Rudra's mother was given away completely ... which really diluted the impact of all that thunder and lightening revelation!

Anyway, there is still much more story to come ... we still don't know why she ran away ... so let's hope we don't get any more spoiler videos and can watch the show in peace!

Loved Rudra's reasoning over the marriage and why they must go through all the rituals. He knows he is not worthy of her, she deserves better. This Dekhte Hai is not some petty tu tu mein mein game! A lot more is at stake for both. You can see this from his plans to keep an eye on Tejawat's moves. He is not taking his enemy for granted.

LOl but if she does not sign by the fourth day, Rudra still wants to marry her? Hmmm...his reason being she should be punished...or does he want to remain as her captor for life? He had lost her to Varun once, he won't let her go that easily the second time. Me thinks it's a very possessive male speaking here.

And then Paro having visions of her previous marriage and rituals. Glad the CVs showed us Paro thinking about it. Which out of the two is for real? The motive behind the first happy marriage was fake, here the rituals are a farce but the motive is known to both and is as real as it can get. Here every chant was heard and the Gods invoked.

Sanaya looked stunning as always...the mirror light that reflected on Rudra's face was so symbolic. Paro being so pure is that her brightness will always shine upon him whilst unnerving him and will soon brighten up his dark life.

The sword that he pulled out of its scabbard would one day be lifted to protect her and his loved ones.

And I must mention this though I am off track here. That I love how the CVs have entwined their love story. What I like about RR is that it's an intense love story though brought out in very rural settings. And that's the charm of it.

The day that Rudra & Paro met as kids. Their journeys taking them in the opposite directions. She threw him a doll that provided him comfort over the years, and unknowingly he in turn had left behind his mother for her.

Rudra's share of motherly love and affection for 15 years was bestowed upon Paro by Mala Thakurian her Godmother. 15 saal ka pyaar udhar hai Paro ke pass!

What a connect. Their past will only make their love stronger. No doubt the hurt the accusations would be flung at his mother. But to realize that the love of his life received nurturing from his very own mother. Whatever Paro stands for, her values, her upbringing came from his very own mother.

And then Rukmini the titli and her color. Little did we realize that its color blue symbolizes the color of poison (karma) consumed by Lord Shiva. The eternal butterfly, her dost (or the soul of her mother), a messenger of Bholenath who would appear before her every time Rudra came into her presence.

The first time we met Rukmini was when Paro as a little girl followed the butterfly that led to her dead parents. Tej's karma had led to their death. Yet Rukmani wasn't around to console her then. She flew away.

When Paro left her rudraksha at home that day, it was Rudra himself who saved her from the goons. Rukmini appeared then fluttering her wings unknowingly bringing the message of her Protector.

Bholenath's messenger appeared again when she twirled and danced for the false one, whilst her true mate the lone ranger rode into her abode on a mission.

And then again the day when she was brought into the haveli, she found Rukmini leading her to him telling her "I bring him to you"

When Paro faced the Fox like Mohini, she had already made up her mind. She did not go back and ponder and think over it and then tell Mohini off. She had chosen the path Bholenath had laid down for her. I would like to take a real life incident and apply its philosophy here.

Paro stands in a tunnel of fire at the closest burning end. She chooses to walk through this fire (Rudra), come out scathed yet Alive. She abandons the farther end. Why? cause if she chooses the unknown farther end, the flames of the fire would consume her even before she reach it.

Then we have Nandini that represent The Bull whose life has been destroyed by the poisoned Tejawat...yet it would be Rudra who would come save her someday soon. Nandi symbolizes the one who remains as gatekeeper to Shiv & Parvati, the one who will cement and safeguard their relationship in the near future.

It's going to be a thrilling week ahead. Cant' wait to see Mala's and Rudra confrontation.

Fab take, dd ... loved reading it. So much food for thought. ⭐️

Loved your comparison of the two weddings ... the first one, which Paro looked forward to, marriage for all the right reasons, with her beloved people around her, yet marriage was to the wrong person ... that wedding was actually more fake than the present one ... Here all the wrong reasons, but the right person ... if only they both knew it.

Paro being so pure is that her brightness will always shine upon him whilst unnerving him and will soon brighten up his dark life.
She threw him a doll that provided him comfort over the years, and unknowingly he in turn had left behind his mother for her.

Beautifully written! 👏
Paro has received the upbringing that was Rudra's by right ... and that will be what redeems him ... his own mother's love, brought to him through Paro, his soul mate. She will be the light in his life, the light at the end of his dark tunnel ... and she will also re-unite mother and son ... as symbolised by the giving of the jewelry. He shuts his eyes at first when the light from the mirrors reflects on them, but when he opens his eyes, the first thing he sees is Paro.

Nandini ... as symbolising Nandi the bull ... the gatekeeper for Rudra Parvati ... another beautiful symbolism.

Paro has already chosen Rudra in preference to Mohini the fox ... she did not go to Mohini to ask for protection ... Mohini called her to get her answer. So it seems Paro never really considered confiding in Mohini.

Really enjoyed your thoughts, esp in bold.

Never thought of Nadini as Nandi! and a protector of the two, especially from Tejawat. beautifully put!
