Raqesh Vashisht | The Artist and His Muse

Raqesh Vashisht plays Asad Ahmed Khan in Qubool Hai. Copy that. He is a painter. Copy that. Well, we believe there are more facets to the artist in him than being an actor or a painter. Would you say copy that now? Or do we hear, Umm! How?

Well, on the set, during the break, we were having the usual chai and bisquit (the way Surbhi says it), well Surbhi was having that, Alka Kaushal was having coffee and Raqesh had technically packed up so he was just lounging around before leaving with a cuppa himself.

So, now how does that make his other facet as artist come forth? Well, he turned photographer for the duration of the break. He took some pictures of Alka and Surbhi and yeah somewhere in the frame even Vrushali entered as it was her camera that he took over.

Playing after work is what she would like to dub this shoot.

Well, there is more to a person than what one can see and we have also seen the camaraderie he shares with Alka, whom he calls Maamuni rather than Mumani and the name has stuck. He also enjoys a banter with Surbhi and tells her unequivocally that she talks too much and she gives it right back saying, who would talk if she did not; (Do we hear an unspoken "Duh!" from her :-p ).

Besides this, he also gets treats from home for everyone like pasta made by his wife Riddhi and Kulcha and Chole he got today, for which he definitely had to hear a lot about from Surbhi. And yes we were guffawing.
