Nahar needs to be a man

Nahar needs to be a man, have enough selfconfidance and go to Chandani's house and get at least half (if not all) of property. She claimed him to be her husband so he can legaly claim it, cant he?
If so then what is he waiting for?

I don't think Nahar can claim half of the property since the property is on PS name. If it was on Chandni's name...maybe.

But didn't Daaji make PS the caretaker till the children are mature and Balik???? Why does the SP writers make it sooo complicated as if there are no laws.

In that case It makes even easy. Where was PS till now when they really needed caretaker? Now the kids (Brijuu & Nahar) are old, and they do not need caretaker.
The point is eitherway PS can not push them on road. Who are they fooling around? I thought Singh family was business ppl and they knew the law.

well Nahar wont do anything.. Saloni will be the Project Manager. She will assign the tasks to each member and carry out operation: 'Expose PS n Twins'.

i agree simran . But dadaji might have said till children become mature verbally but may not have put in paper. or PS might have altered the wrting.

Still nahar can be man and can do a lot going back in that house.

Whole property is not on Chandni,s name, it is on Padam Singh's name. So Nahar can't do any thing until and unless Padam Singh died or he transfer all the property at Chandni's name.
