Court :-
A firmly says there's a great difference in lying to the family for going to a party and saying lie about one's respect and accuses Saurabh taking advantage of her weak moments .
Khabra tells that her accusation is cheap , A tries justifying it and he asks for the proof .
A is quiet , Khabra taunts that everyone from the Shekars lie whether Sanchi or A . A tells the judge that its not necessary to have proofs for all the truths .
Maheswari declares that the DNA is a proof against Saurabh , he gets the permit to give it to the judge , the judge reviews it and says the DNA report doesn't matches with the test done after the rape .
All are shocked and Sanchi is in tears , Maheswari is confused , he checks the report by himself . A tells it cant be true , Sanchi is sure that Saurabh was the one to do the nefarious act with her .
Khabra retorts that there was only one proof which proved to be a false one and Saurabh should be acquitted . Maheshwari pleads for time to prove his points true .
The judge declares Saurabh innocent but also says he will give some time on the request of prosecution . The court is adjourned .
Hospital :-
G and another nurse attend to dinu kaki , G tells she will go to Abhi and tells the other nurse to take care , but after G leaves the nurse gets busy talking on cell .
Balwadi :-
G comes there and sees Abhi with DS already , G tries justifying her reason for being late but DS taunts her being too absorbed in the work which led her to ignore Abhi .
G stands quietly , DS tells her to handle Abhi , G tells she will change and inform J about it . DS tells her to leave it as they should meet Sarpanch on the way .
ICU :-
J comes and sees her condition is very bad , he calls out for G . That nurse comes and says that she is out for some work . J is mad at G for not obeying him I.E not to leave dinu kaki alone at any cost .
He tells the nurse to take care of her and hurriedly goes from there.
Saurabh's house :-
Khabra , Saurabh and Suman are on the dining table , Saurabh praises Khabra for his excellency as a lawyer , he says he always fight for the truth so that's the reason for his passion and he will never fight any wrong case .
Saurabh blurts out that then he have to be careful with him , Khabra asks him the reason , he diverts it and Saurabh thinks that he knows that he is at fault but Sanchi should be punished for it .
Hospital corridor :-
G pacifies Abhi while walking and gets a call from J , before she can lift it , he comes towards her .
He scolds her for being so careless and irresponsible , he even says from now he will never allow her to assist him . G doesn't speak and pacifies Abhi when J goes .
Sanchi's room :-
A cheerfully brings Pasta for Sanchi as its her favorite , Sanchi is about to refuse but A then tells she will feed her with her own hands if she refuse ,
Sanchi tearfully tells her to do so .
A starts feeding her while Sanchi remembered the time when A warned her about Saurabh's intentions and her reaction being rude to her and the scene when Suman scolds Sanchi and A defending her there and even in the court .
Sanchi cries bitterly , A consoles her and asks her the reason , Sanchi regrets that she is very bad as she always called her warnings as boring lecture and she indeed deserved it .
A tells her not to be so negative as they will surely prove that Saurabh is at fault , Sanchi tells its no use even if everyone's DNA test is taken but he will never be caught as he has contacts and power will save him and she will be left crying forever .
A tells her nothing will happen of that sort and she's glad that Sanchi realized her mistakes and her family will always support her which will result in out victory one day .
A requests Sanchi to think before her every act and to take care that she shouldn't hurt her family and says if she recalls everyone's sorrow then she will never do anything wrong .
Sanchi thinks that now she doesn't have any confident to take any decision .
VO :- A person is truly defeated when he/she don't have confidence . (Sorry if i got it wrong)

J goes upstairs leaving G , DS asks her the reason , G says its because as she left Abhi in balwadi and gave her duty to a junior nurse .
DS says she will have to talk to J about it.
