Also either it is rape or it is consensual. It cannot be both. According to Sau he left Sa sleeping in the room. Sex with a sleeping person is rape. So she oded and had consensual sex is disproved by Sau's own admission that she was asleep. She was discovered unconscious. So she couldn't have woken up had consensual sex and then again fallen unconscious.
Besides Sau had admitted that they were together all along till Sa felt tipsy and he escorted her to the room, which means whatever hapened was after she fell unconscious.
So it is a rape.
