They can show lawyer Kabra searching for mobile, but that is not the correct thing to show. The police should have done investigation and collection of evidence. Lawyers/ relatives of victims are not expected to do investigation (our creatives are very fond of showing their own leads doing all investigation/catching of culprit/rescuing the kidnapped etc.) except that they inform everything related to the case to police.

Even if they can't find the rapist because of DNA switch how can they close the case when it is clear that she is a rape victim????

Once it is proven that she indeed is a victim of rape shouldn't the court ask the investigating agency to go find the accused instead of closing the case citing lack of evidence against the accused???

Aparna, I think, the case would be closed because Sa has particularly filed a rape against Sau and if Sau is not proven guilty this particular case will be closed.
