Saurabh's house :-
Saurabh's mom is worried about him and Khabra then Saurabh comes there , his mom apologizes for not trusting him , Saurabh comforts her and he expresses how bad he felt in jail .
Mom curses Sanchi to be in jail for accusing her son , Khabra says them not to worry as he will get her behind wars , Saurabh says but Sanchi's family is no less in their influence .
Khabra says the system isn't so corrupt which can leave too many criminals roaming freely outside .
Jagan room :-
G puts Abhi to sleep , J comes there , G asks is he too stressed about work ? J then tells yes and reminds her that tomorrow they have to take Abhi to hospital for vaccination .
G then lets him know that she changed the sleeping time , J tells its of no need and romantically pulls her towards him and asks if Abhi was awake , she would have given his whole attention to him . G smartly diverts it by getting up to get tea for him.
Pathology Center :-
Saurabh enters in and asks the receptionist about the reports of DNA from Hathepur police station , the receptionist says there's no way for him to get it as its a police case .
Saurabh takes out a fat bundle of money and bribes him to say as told by him , he of course agrees .
Hospital :-
The vaccination is done , J says he has got a brave son , DS tells he is her great grand son first and later his son .
A nurse comes giving the report of some dinu kaki , he checks it and its a case of appendix , there's a shortage of medical staff .
J tells he will have to go while DS offers to stay as well but he says Bhairon and Basant might be waiting for her to sign an important paper .
DS tells now they shouldn't keep Abhi in the balwadi as she miss him a lot.
Balwadi :-
One of the staff lady introduces Abhi to other children as their new friend while G is engaged in the work as well .
Court :-
Shekars are waiting for the judge and then Saurabh's mom and himself come there . The judge comes and takes his seat , the karawai starts ...
Court :-
The lawyer tells about Saurabh's well planned plot to exploit Sanchi sexually . He then gets the permit to question Saurabh .
Saurabh plainly tells Sanchi is trying to get his reputation at stake , the lawyer says by doing this even the girl will risk her reputation .
Then its Khabra's turn to ask Saurabh to tell in detail the incident to the court . Saurabh lies that it was Sanchi who forced him to take him to the rave party where she was drinking heavily which surprised everyone present there .
He even lies that he left from the party at 10 and his mother is the witness to it , then Suman (mom) is called and questioned about the same by Khabra .
She says he returned home at 11 and she was the one to open the door for him . Khabra then puts forward his points that even before Sanchi wasted the court's time by accusing a reputed Dr , Dr Jagdish Singh .
Last time she was made to pay a fine for her act and this time she deserves punishment . The court is adjourned till lunch break .
Outside the court :-
The Shekars express their anguish as they don't have a strong proof against them , the lawyer says the DNA reports and the MMS are very strong proofs against Saurabh .
Sanchi leaves from there and suddenlt Suman clutches her angrily and angrily asks her why she is after Saurabh ? Because of her , he was sent to jail with no offense of his .
A comes there and asks her about her rudeness towards Sanchi , she says Sanchi alone is responsible for this , A calls Saurabh a rapist and tells he is being a problem for them .
A takes Sanchi from there and tells her not care about her words .
VO :- What's this sick mind set accusing the victim instead of the rapist .
