1. IPKKND and GEET and MADHUBALA

- They ALL contained popular faces. Drashti was famous from Dil Mil Gaye and when she went to Geet she became even more popular. This led on to her show MEIEJ to start off with a bang because obviously her followers watched it from the start. Also, MEIEJ had Vivian Dsena who had been popular in Kasam Se and Pyar Ki Ek Kahaani...ladies were attracted. Geet also had Gurmeet who had followers from his previous show as well. Lastly, IPKKND had Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani who had a fanbase from their shows Baat Hamari Pakki Hai and Miley Jab Hum Tum, respectively.

- The shows were all based on two people hating each other and falling in love. Most importantly the girl was the innocent funny darling while the guys were rich handsome angry man with past family problems.

- There were a lot of comedy elements and also a lot of drama that the TRP aunties loved. Also, not to forget, the tugging hitting and furious aggression shown by the leads.

2. Beintehaa

- I feel they have a disadvantage because the two leads are not well known. The show is being compared to it's competitor on Colors (which started on the same day) but it's completely UNFAIR. The other show has an experience female lead who has a great following, even if the show was crap...most fans would watch it to show their loyalty.

- It is completely unpredictable as to if it will ever top the charts or not because IPKKND, GEET and others did start with slow TRPS but they became really popular really quickly. As for Beintehaan...I can only pray

- It has great substance and a storyline...hopefully it goes to the top because the show completely deserves it. To be honest, I-F ratings and the TRP don't make a difference to me as long as the show makes me feel content. However, TRP is important for the producers and the crew so I do hope that it gets better with the days.

But I want them to be fair and criticize Beintehaa justifiably, because Harshad and Preetika are amazing actors for being newcomers, the execution, plot line, management, everything is amazing about this show! What's not to love? People just need to give this show a chance, just like I did and I'm sure they won't be disappointed and I say that because 2 of my friends who have complete different tastes in shows are now addicted to Beintehaa and that says a lot because we sit down together to watch the show!

I honestly have to say that IPK, Madhubala and Geet because instantly popular and survived was because of the actors. There is nothing hidden in that matter, the known leads had fans and they watched that show simple as that, but what upsets me is that all three of these shows had the same ideology and were pretty similar to each with other with of course variances. But there was nothing new in them, I will admit I was hooked to IPK, partially for Barun and the excution of the show at first, but I lost interest pretty quick, about 3-4, even then those months I wouldn't watch then catch up but I quit after that because there was nothing new about the show, even for Barun I couldn't watch it. Geet and Madhubala I tried and instantly gave up, did not click for me at all.

But Beintehaa I feel is different and I hope the CV's don't disappoint, I was hooked the moment I watched it and am hoping to be a loyal fan of the show. Loving this show!
