one is prajakta and chirags kid and the other is their daughter sanwri's kid but i dont know which one is which sorry

Sunny is the grandchild... Hitesh is Chirag - Prajakta's son... Somehow... Prajakta and her DAUGHTER, delivered a child at the same time, as both seem to be of the same age.... 😕
