Okay, Jalal did not say that in the episode. But his smile, look and feelings clearly asked that question. Its not that he does not know the answer to it, meaning its not that he does not completely understand this new changed Jodha. He does and he is enjoying every bit of this new Jodha, just like me or may be most of us. Although, Jalal liked every form of Jodha. Even the one that shoved him - yes for sometime he was hurt, but still could not stop caring about Jodha. In the past we have seen Jalal enjoy Jodha in the Durga maa avtaar that was exclusively meant for him. His attraction for Jodha started with her outward beauty, then her fearlessness increased his curiosity. On top of it her staying unaffected by Jalal's position/charm made her a huge challenge that he had to win. While doing all this he found out that there is a beautiful warm hearted person inside Jodha that existed for everyone but him. Hence in the past we would see at times Jodha's bitter tongue caused pain, this feeling of loneliness, sense of not being complete - this was very evident when Jodha showed pity after the elephant attack. How at peace must Jalal be feeling today , every expression of Jalal in today's episode indicated that he is enjoying the warmth Jodha is bestowing upon him.
I am very sure most of you went back to the Ajmer trip episode today. How contrasting is everything already in this trip. Or, should I say like Moti its only Jodha that has changed. In the past we would see Jodha get mad at the announcement of Jalal coming over to her room. She would fire away with 'Aap yahaan?'. That is all replaced by a pleasant smile as if Jalal coming to her room is the biggest gift of Jodha's life. Instead of 'Aap yahan?' we get the 'pranam shenshah'. How many times Shyamala mentioned that Jodha does not even have the courtesy to say 'Pranam😊'. Before going to the Ajmer trip Jodha had passed every sarcastic remark to Jalal, including asking him to go and talk to his ammijaan about her not wanting to go to the trip. Today, Jodha is demanding ammijaan to help convince Jalal to take her to the trip. I am pretty sure Jalal left from there because he must have received severe chest pains, its a different story that he made an excuse of leaving because of saas-bahu ganging up on him. I did advice you Jalal to take care of your heart, as this new Jodha is without break full speed Rajdhani express ready to shower love on you in every way possible. Jodha fights with Jalal this time also, but it was because she badly wanted to go with him. How candidly without even realizing Jodha emotes her concern for Jalal - 'Hamara jana aur bhi jaroori agar koi nahin ja raha, aapka dhyaan rakhne ke liye koi to hona chaiye'. I am pretty sure the expression on Jalal that time said - 'can someone please pinch me'. Who is this new Jodha??
I was happy to see Jalal acknowledge and reward Ruqu first for taking care of Ben. It was very classy of Ruqu to hand over the reward to Rahim, this lady does have a heart. The thing though is that Ruqu is not used to anyone else getting praise or rewards. Even when Jodha was not meharbaan on Jalal, Ruqu had seen Jalal go out of the way to do things for Jodha or forgive lot of Jodha's mistakes. Now she realizes that Jodha has softened towards Jalal, the sacrifice proves that she cares for Jalal. Today, she noticed that Jalal yet again publicly asked for an apology. Its only his humbleness that allows Jalal the king of kings to accept his mistake openly and seek apology. This is a huge characteristic plus point for Jalal that helps him not make the same mistake again. I was little surprised that he even announced a whole new town to be built on her name. Jalal pretty much made it loud and clear to everyone as to what Jodha means to him. I did not enjoy the part where he had asked for a mannat to get Jodha well , little OTT for me. Anyways, I put that on the side as we get to see JaJo together again without the Agra ka pagalkhana. Salima because of her care for Jodha decides to not go to the teejarat and Ruqu due to her carelesslness decides the same. For us Akdha fans this caring and carelessness are boons in disguise. How mad I was when CVs did not give us any LIVE telecast of JaJo sleeping arrangements (don't go to far, meant their postures etc only😆) in Amer. How mad I was at Jodha for ruining possibility of any romance by her hajaar bhashans on ratri vyatit. I want Jalal's new Jodha to demand that she sleeps in the same khema as Jalal and also shares the bed (don't mean SR😉). I am requesting this mainly because I want MA's bhaviyshvaani to be true. You see MA said that in long distance travel, people get very close..😊
MA's pawn Ben is now dead, although who was the real pawn we all know. So MA now finds the new pawn in Ruqu. She has started the new Jodha bhago to Amer track via bhadhkao and jalao Ruqu track. Ruqu is already very insecure and even a small dosage from MA gets her completely green with jealousy and red in rage. Ruqu yet again lets go of the chance of being a wife. I wasn't very clear as to why she did not want to travel with Jalal as it made no sense to me at all. She did not want to go because Jodha and other begums were going. Then when Ruqu finds out about Jalal traveling as an ordinary person, she is even more shocked that Jodha did not mind traveling like that. Today it was very clear that Jodha wants to be the wife that Jalal never got in Ruqu. Jodha's eagerness and excitement were so visible when she insisted her desire of going with Jalal, to take care of him as a wife during the trip. MA had warned Ruqu about this many times, but Ruqu always ignored it. I wonder if Jalal kind of already knew that Ruqu would never come with him, specially when he is traveling as aam aadmi. May be that is why he never came to say bye to her and only went to see Jodha before his departure. I was at that moment thinking of Jalal's statement for Jodha, about how she left space that allowed Ben to come between them. Ruqu pretty much did the same, she left this emptiness in Jalal that always made him desire a wife. Sadly, Ruqu will continue to ask Jalal for everything that will keep her audha safe. But, never anything that will keep her wifely rights safe. Jalal will not have any qualms about letting her have the MEK position, although I wonder if that will suffice for Ruqu or will she realize that she wants the husband that Jalal will now be to Jodha.
Friends - I wont be able to write regularly as things are getting busy at work and home. If I write it will only be during India morning time.
