Recap: Jodha and Jalal were lost in each other's eyes

CHAPTER FOUR

*** 10 minutes later***

They were lost in each other's eyes.

The air between became so chilly that they gave them Goosebumps breaking their eye lock which was followed by an awkward silence. They were back to reality. And here they were just strangers helping each other finding the way out of jungle. This made Jodha embarrassed. Jodha noticed where her hands were and took them off so quick she could, her face turned red while doing it. Jalal was still gazing at her and saw her blushing. But his hands were still around her waist. Jodha coughed giving him a hint so he could take his hands off. But he was still gazing at her making her feel uncomfortable.

Few seconds passed before realizing what he was doing and took off his hands. He couldn't think of anything before he heard her scream out of pain. His eyes rushed to see her hands pointing at her leg. She sprained her leg. Jalal became worried about Jodha when she screamed out of pain. She couldn't stand properly.

So he carried her with his arms making her feel guilty for they had walked a long way and he was tired.

Jodha was stealing glances from Jalal 😉 who carried her in his arms. Jalal knew what she was doing but pretended not to know anything so that she keeps staring or else she would be embarrassed 😳 and then stop it.

***One hour later***

They kept going and Jalal was really tired but he didn't utter a word. Jodha felt really bad and asked him to take her down and rest for a while. He made sit comfortable on a stone and sat down in front of her.

They sat like that for 30 minutes stealing glances at each other along with the awkward air. They didn't know how to break the silence. someone had to break that but none did that.

EGO problem😆

***30 minutes passed***

They still sat like that. This became more like a challenge. Both were challenging each other to speak.

Yeh Amer ki shehzaadi ko nahi pata ki ziddi hona meri dosri pehchaan hai, he thought. Meanwhile Jodha was thinking the same but she was having hard time not to break the silence. She was losing it. Jalal knew that much about her. He knew that she can't keep quiet for so long. She gave up finally.

Jodha: Yeh kaisa bachpana hai? She questioned him to make him feel childish while he was giving his winning look. He felt like he won a war. Her anger made him on cloud nine (Heavenly experience, happy)

Jalal: Kiss bare mein? He pretended acting all innocent to add fuel on her anger.

Jodha: Acha, abhi masoom bane ki koshish mat karo she yelled which sounded more like a jealous girlfriend integrating her boyfriend.

She is such a bad loser, he thought amusingly.

Jalal: Kyun main masoom dikhta hoon kya? He asked to irritate her even more. Her face was turning red again. This time it was not because of embarrassment but anger. She was boiling inside. Her anger was at peak to explore.

Jodha: Sirf shakal se lagte ho masoom par tum toh shaitan se bhi bohot shaatir hai...she screamed catching her breath. He smirked and gave her mischivios smile

Jalal: Yeh tumne abhi compliment diya hai ya gaali? He pulled her leg enjoying her face boiling even more... Vaise yeh toh ho nahin sakta ki tum mujhe compliment do, par phir bhi thank you (dhandevaad) for the compliment and winked at her 😉

She was on the edge of her anger 😡. She felt like killing him🤢. How dare he make fun of me? She thought. She couldn't take it anymore. She frustratingly stood up to walk from there not wanting to see him anymore.

Jalal: Arre hamare shehzaadi kahan jaa rahi hai?

She took few steps angrily dragging her sprained leg; he noticed it and stopped her from taking other steps. Her anger was still there. She didn't realize his concern for her and pushed him out of her way. She went ahead dragging her leg.

Kitni ziddi larki hai, he murmured looking at her

He went after her and lifted her without asking her this time.

She fought back thinking him to be insolent (Badtameez) and screamed for help. But no one was there to "help" her from this insolent Jalal. She scratched him like a mad cat. Kitni drama karti hai, he thought irritated. He pulled her closer to him to make her quite.

Jalal: Oye Amer ki junglee billi... Apna pair ki haalat toh dekh zara he snapped at her

She was like... Acha... aur kya hua hai meri... and looked carefully down at her legs before saying anything (To be sure). It is normal!!! And this Jallad fooled me again she thought angrily before noticing something on her leg...

I know I am a little(so) dramatic 😆 But I hope yeh chalega 😃.
