Winter Proposal
The whole nature was in bed of snow with clear sky...reflecting its blue color back with peeping sunlight coming.from its source...Mr.Sun do not want to come out from his blanket after night's snow shower and thought to just peep earth giving his a bit sunlight showing some light to humans out there to let them know its the next day has started and also even saying them let it be and be under your blankets its very cold.
Though others didn't bothered the second plea of dear sun but seems one person was obeying fully fleged...she was sleeping dunking her head in warm blanket and a boy wad half laying half taking support of bed rest caressing her cheek with back of his knuckle... and whispering some words which were not even audible to himself.
He neared a bit and whispered in her ear,"Get up birhday girl ....she chided a bit...at his slow tickling and moanded hi name,"Mayank sone do na please...!!".He snuggled close to her and whispered in her ear hoarsely ... making her shiver but not for cold but due to his closeness...he said in her ear agaiin,"Shona please get up..I need to wish you babu!!"
She sleeply opened her eyes..giving a warm light smile to love of her love and said in a more lazy tone,"Was last night enough for you...she got up..abit resting her head on his chest and said snuggling him ," I had lost the count you wished me...Mayank..".He lovingly ran his fingers on her hair and placing a small peck on het hair...,"No matter how much it counts..but still I wont leave a second to cherish this day when god decendant his angel for me on this earth...".
She felt so touched..words were out of bound for her...she caressed his cheek and said lovingly,"You love me so much!!!..".He sweetly smiled to her and said,"I do..Shona....",He cupped her face in his hands and said,"Wish you a very very happy birthday!!!".tears broke in her eyed and she hugged him tightly,"I Love you Mayank..".He soothed.her back and whispered back,"I Love You Nupur..more than my life."
Slowly she broke the hug..when he asked her in order to lighten her mood,"Aur aaj meri princess ko kya chahiye..".She smiled and asked,,"Whatever i ask will you give me..??".He gave her a question look and asked back,"Aisa kabhi hua hain".She said,"To mujhe tumse promise chahiye..!!!"He narrowed his brows and asked,"Kesa promise???".She said,"I want you to be there for me with me till eternity..bolo Mayank..rahoge na mere saath..??".More than question there was a kind of desperate wait in her eyes ..which he read it without much difficulty..he held her by her shoulder and said seriously,"Meri life tumhare bina hain hi nahi..if you dont want tab bhi mein tumhare saath tumhare liye hi rahoonga.".She seemed to be relieved like from ages she want to be with him and want this promise from him and today this atmost wish of her gets fulfilled.She said like almost whispered,"I Love You Mayank.".She moved a bit and kissed his cheek bringing a bright smile on his face..he said naughtingly,"Kya baat hain aaj badaa pyar baras raha hain..By the way mene tumhe ek baat batayi..",Saying he gave a bit confused and question look ...she wondered what is it and asked,"Kya Mayank".He became a bit serious and said smiling cupping her face,"That I Love You Too"...Saying he kissed her forhead and hugged her tightly within himself and she too cuddled herself in his warm body as its hell chilly out side and also she need his support and moreover his warmth...
After sometime they enjoyed their warm breakfast when Mayank receives a call...he move a bit side..and came to her hugging her from back side making her to startl a bit and said,"Jaan there is an urgent work I need to go but I promise I will rerurn by afternoon...Please Jaan...",Though she didn't like him to be leaving her for any moment and want him to be with her each second...but knowing how much work is equal important to him she said with a soft warning tone,"Okay but do come soon".
He went after changing placing a soft peck on her forhead..he went outside welcoming the chilly breeze to touch his cheeks making him red ..he rubbed his hands and quickly drove his car...escaping himself from this.
She was sitting on the couch changing the channels absent mindedly...when her eyes fall on the photoframe kept on the table in a angle on the table beside the couch ...a mild smile appears on her face ..she took that photo...and hugged it near her heart.
She said to herself while glancing at the pic ,"My..Man..I love you so much Mayank..I really love you...aur mujhe pata hain ki jitna mein tumse pyar krti hoon usse bhi lahin zaaueda tum mujhse pyar krte ho..!! Kabhi socha bhi nahi tha that one day we will be together..."",Suddenly her expression changes...and thought to herself,"But kya hum ab bhi saath mein hain...!!".Somewhere these days just type of thoughts bother her very much."Aur kya hum aage bhi saathvrahenge..I know Mayank mujhse bht pyar krta hain...but kabb tak rahega ye pyar... hum to secure relationship mein bhi ni hain..matlab..agar dekha jaaye to we are just living together...koi naam nahi hain humare relationship...we are free to move on on our lives ..leaving the other behind.
Hold on hold on.Nupur kya soch rahi hain tu..tu bhool gayi hain Mayank tujhse kitna pyar krta hain ..he really really love you a lot..and more than that he respects you...else still being living together for almost five months he never tried to cross his limits...he knew his principles and respects mine too..what more proof do i need our parents want ua to get settle down , They are happy from our relation than what is stopping us..to get into a serious relationship..getting married.??
She realized and than confessed to herself,"Because i want him to confess to me..propose me from his heart to marry him...and that's why i didnt took any initiation...but its getting so over now..Please Mayank i want it like i had dreamed and i want you to fulfill my this dream without myself telling you about this dream...I know its absolutely absurd but please do it..".She prayed silently knowing...how can this be fulfill untill and unless she herself says to him...She was resting in couch when she heard a warm breath near her ear ..she didnt get afraid as she knew who it could be and smiled,"Mayank ... tum itni jaldi aa gaye..".He came forward and sit beside her in complaining tone said,"Kya Nupur tumhe pata kesa chala ki mei aa gaya hoon".
She said looking at him lovingly,"Mujhe to tumhari har ahat ka pata chal jata hain...".He side hugged her and said in loving tone ,"Acha ji..is that so ".She simply nodded her head...and snuggled more into him..while he murmered enclosing her more close,"You know its so chill outside I was mising this warmth..!!".She surprise moved more near to him...
A random romantic movie was playing on television but they were already in their land...land of their love..where he was caressing her hair..making his fingers to travel in those long thread..while other hand just held her hand stopping her any attempt...she bend slightly more resting her head now on his chest than on his shoulder and with very slow whisper she said while her eyes were still gullied on the television,"Mayank...I Love you.."
He smiled a little at her sich sweet confessiom..placing a small.peck on her forhead he made her to look into his eyes while pulling her towards him by holding her chin through his fingers ans said looking intently into her eyes he said with all his heart," I Love you too ".He confessed his love with so much intensity that it moiar her eyes but he didnt allowed them to leave her eyes and touch her cheek and kissed them lightly haulting their flow...they were looking their love in each other's eyes when she felt a tug in her hair...she looked aside to see something shining...and her little confusion change into biggest shock when that shiny thing from hair strands cone out through his fingers and turn out to be a beautiful and elegant diamond ring...she looked at him with all.surprised...she was all numb...and her surprise added to more pleasent form when he kneeled down on his knees and like her dream he proposes her,"I know I am not much as romantic as your SHAHRUK..but I promise to be with you at every stage of life...I want to shower my deep love to you..want to give my identity to you...want to grow old with you and die on your lap...want to make yours mine in every possible means in this universe...so love of my life Ms.Nupur Bhushan...will you accept me to become your better half..will you accept me to be in your life forever...will you marry me !!!".
She was all dumb numb statue..it was like her ultimate dream come true ...she had never thought that he will fulfill her dream without being acknowledged of it..teats which were already threatening to be in any moment made their way...but along with that a bright smile appears on her face and she could just nodd her head to answer his question...he slowly slipped the ring .
He stood on his heals wiping out her tears through his thumb he lightly kissed her sealing their love their relationship ina most sacred bond...she hugged him tightly after breaking the kiss and said,"This is the best ever gift i had got Mayank than you ".He hugged her back and replied with love smile on his face,"My jaan dreamed of something and how it can be possible on earth that i wont make it a reality...".She was all out of bound and kissed him passionately to convey her all deep affection and love and sealing him to be here for lifetime and ever ...where the chilly snowfall outside celebrated their love covering the earth in white soft blanket.
