are all criminals always out like ths? ive heard d jessica lal killer is also out on parole all the tym... ek toh itni mushkil se ths ppl go behind d bars.

but evn that is not enuff it seems cz they are enjoying paroles every

now and then. i guess its still better than the criminals who have been roaming around freely without evn being sentenced🤔

As far as I know...
Parole is not counted as a part of the sentence...

Dutt has made a joke out of law...When he went to jail, I thought he will get a pardon for a random reason within 6 months but yeh toh 2 kadam aage nikla...Hez spent 4 or 5 weeks outside...Even before diwali he was out...now since december he is out again..

Furlough however is considered a part of the jail term...
