Deepika Padukone to Work With Aamir Khan

She may have lost out on the opportunity to work with Salman Khan (for now), but Deepika Padukone may just end up working with another Khan instead. The actress had initially denied that she'd be working with Aamir Khan; however, it looks like she'll be signing on a film with Ritesh Sidhwanis Excel Entertainment that stars Aamir. The project was initially stalled, but given Deepika's growing popularity, Aamir seems to have taken a sudden interest in the film again.

Things are still very much in the initial stage, but there are chances that an official announcement will be made in the coming weeks if everything works out. Aamir himself is very keen on working with DPad now, as he was super impressed when he saw her performance in Ram-Leela.
