laxmi ’s fake marriage

laxmi said that she knows wht the society will think about her once the truth about her fake marraige is out but she will do anything for her sister..
if she can do anything for her sister then why didnt she marry satya for real..she cud have saved saras and saved HERSELF fm disgrace and unnecessary complications 😕 ..coz she is brave but its satyas support which is allowing her to treat dhara like this..

I agree - its very bizzare. When the truth does come out, there will always be a doubt cast on Laxmi because of this. Except for Satya, herself, her mother and sisters, I don't think the rest of the family will believe Laxmi.

Maybe they didn't marry for real, as they wanted permission and blessings from both sets of parents, esp Laxmi. But I doubt that Laxmi will marry anyone else now. 😳

I third that, The exact thoughts went thru my mind while I watched that scene. And I wonder how Savitri, whom Laxmi told all this to, even agreed?😕

I agree,laxmi herself knows that her relationship with Kshitij will bring disgrace, then why not marry him? it would have made things less complicated.
I'm thinking why they did this is that at a later stage, the writers want to keep a window open for a twist or something where Dhara comes to know about the fake marriage and then she will kick Laxmi out, and Saraswati along as well. I think marrying Kshitij would have avoided any such twists

yeah, i doubt laxmi will marry anyone else too, but then in that case marrying him would be the right choice.

they are just complicating the matter unnecessarily...too much drama!

ya seema, maybe they want to leave the possibilty of another twist...and so that laxmi lives under constant threat of being thrown out by dhara..

like priya s said..they didnt marry for real coz they wanted it to be with blessings....but their fake marriage has caused enuf disgrace and the family wud have sufferd just the same in case of real marriage!!.whtever disgrace and hurt they have gone thru cannot be undone and it was high price to pay for a fake marriage..so it wud have been better if they had married for real ..

Having a fake marriage also puts their plan in jeapordy. What if Satyakam's parents find out, wouldn't they use this to humiliate the girls and the family more.

The other funny thing was when Satyakam was insisting on sleeping outside so as not to spoil Lakshmi's reputation. Come on guys wake up. The people you have to convince the most is his parents and brother and what reason would he have given for his sleeping outside.

I know I sound like a broken record but I can still not figure out why the mum agreed to Laksmi living with Satyakam without marriage. Boy, is my thinking old fashion or what 😆

u have a point naseeb52..they ahve to keep their fingres crossed that dhara donst find out...and about savitri agreeing..i think even i am old faisoned regrding that 😆 😆
