GOTW Sign-up Sheet
Hello and welcome everyone! 🤗 I'm back with another bang! 😛 This year let's work on increasing the forum activity! 😳 And this is one great way to do so! 😃 So as you can clearly see...this is a GOTW (Game Of The Week) sign-up sheet! 😉 Let me make you a bit more familiar with GOTW! 😃 Right...each week a different member of the forum posts a game in the forum. It can be any game whatsoever. 😊 The whole forum play's the forum game, has some fun together and contributes towards increasing activity! 👏 So many benefits of GOTW! 😳 So that's why I'm here with GOTW! 😉 We have been posting games quite a lot in our forum but sometimes a game comes and sometimes a game returns after months. 😭
Therefore, I am here with a GOTW schedule which will ensure we get a game every single week and we will be organised too! ⭐️ This will also give members a chance to try something new and exciting! 😛 Okay...so without further ado let me proceed! 😉
Rules & Details
Before we start signing up, I just want to make sure we are aware of how GOTW will work and what we need to do to ensure total fun! 🥳 So here are some rules and details!
We will post a new GOTW every Saturday. We will have a back-up for each date the GOTW is to be posted. So just in case, if a member who signed up for the date is unable to post a game...then the back-up member will post it instead. If the back-up member can't post it either then I will post it. Reminder PM's will be sent to the members who signed up and back-up members if the original volunteer can't do it. You can post any game. It can be a number related game or a food game! Whatever you like! You can take ideas from the Internet or India-Forums for forum games or even create your own! However, credit must be given to the original makers/source of the game. The games must be appropriate to play and follow the India-Forums COC at all times. When we play the games, we must make sure that we post one by one and not post twice or more at one time. Let's give everyone a chance to join in and let the game run smoothly. Games may be repeated in the forum if we can't find anymore to play but after long periods of time so we don't really remember it so well and not after a few weeks as it gets boring and repetitive! Volunteers must make sure that they provide clear and understandable rules for the games and help promote the games as much as possible. Remember...our aim is to increase activity and fun of the games and forum as much as possible! Chatting is allowed in the game threads but please don't make separate posts to chat. Continue chatting along with playing. So same post for playing and posting. I will post a new sign-up sheet and schedule for each month on this thread and edit the thread title with a new page number as a new schedule is posted. So I will post a sign up sheet and you just have to say in your post if you are signing up as a 'main' volunteer for the date or a 'back-up' volunteer and of course mention the date! If your desired date is taken then please don't be dejected or feel bad because we will have tons of dates and chances for you to participate and volunteer for! Please volunteer only if you are sure about posting it on time as this is a daily activity and must go as planned. You may only sign-up for one date per month, either a back-up or a 'main' volunteer. If spaces cannot be filled in for 'mains' or back-ups then I will volunteer to do those, but I expect this to happen very rarely or possibly not at all!
