There are very few filmwallahs invited for the Abhishek-Aishwarya shaadi, and they are all from the Bachchan side.

Here is a list of people who have received the invite to be present to bless the couple.

According to an insider, the wedding card was hand-delivered by a member of the Bachchan family.

It is white and gold, and in is Hindi.

The font used is classic Devnagiri and the text is basic and minimal —

The text mentions the name of the invitee on every page and requests their presence to grace the occasion and extend their blessings The end note says, 'No gifts please'.

Wedding Update

We believe the songs for Abhi-Ash sangeet have been allotted to respective family members and friends.

The lady in charge of delegating songs is Abhishek's sis, Shweta Nanda.

However one song everyone had a fistfight for, is the chart buster Kajra re.

We're told that even before Shweta could draw up the sangeet plan, she was flooded with mess-ages and calls of people asking her to reserve Kajra Re for them!

This time around, the ladies had a blast catching up with old friends and had the photogs in a frenzy when they showed up for the premiere of Bheja Fry at PVR Juhu on Wednesday night.

While the cast made their appearance, the real stars of the evening were buddies like Konkona Sen Sharma (looking her best for Ranvir's big night, perhaps) and Sandhya Mridul, ex-beauty queens Gul Panag and Neha Dhupia (both represented India at the Miss Universe pageant in different years) and Koel Purie looking absolutely ravishing.

Romesh Sharma is the director of the film 'Dil jo bhi kahey', which was released in 2005. The son of Romesh Sharma acted in the film and it was Amitabh Bachan and Revathy who were the parents of the Karan Sharma in the film.
