I truly mean it. I have not seen romantic love like this on the small screen ever. The most cliched route to go down on Indian television is the 'love hate' relationship. Get them married by force, let them hate each other (for no real solid reason) but then show them getting attracted and finally falling in love. It's the most used but hit formula on the idiot box. You can't go wrong with it because the audience doesn't get bored of it.

There was temporary hate between these two as well, actually from Kumud's side but rightly so. He left her at the alter. Her anger was justified but look what they went through to be together.

This is nothing as Saras said. They've seen worse and you know what? It's only brought them closer together.

Didn't anyone get the feel of a classic romantic movie?

I can so imagine them growing old together and dying in each other's arms. They're that kind of couple.

chal reema today u got ur doze of romance...and dont worry many more such instances will keep coming coz this is what SC is

as for ur mention of hit strategy on tv ,well i agree its a hit formula and i have been into it for long till i saw Sarasawtichandra. It did start with no and with hit formula but slowly it descended deep and i strangely kept watching it instead of leaving it and run like many...why i dont know...or may be i know...may be its coz of gautam and jenny...as they glued me like favicol...lol

i will keep watching in future as well till i get my intensity and passion which i am sure i will till gautam and jenny play saras kumud

Well. The best hate-love relationship was shown in KYPH. AK had a solid reason to hate each other ... then in KMH1 ... That was quite good too.
But yeah, the trend followed and most CVs did end up ruining their love stories.

I have to agree and disagree with you. Agreed, what ya said about SaMud. Disagreed, cause they are one of the best love stories. There are not many to begin with, but they are indeed part of those few ones. 😊 Right now ... whatever romantic couples being shown on TV? They are the best. Without being biased.

Oh don't get me wrong. I've enjoyed the love-hate stories too and even the falling after marriage ala HDDCS type stories. But just generally I'm saying, if you put them together and you get the gist of most TV love stories.
Saras and Kumud undoubtedly have the best love story on television currently. I think scriptwise the best ever IMO because they've had a solid graph without any unnecessary silly tracks. There has been a growth and a beautiful one.

I just hope nothing jinxes it -_-

me too fan of kyph😃...recently rewatched it 😳

as for samud , i agree with u they r not the best as their r many but SAMUD has one thing unique which none have and its JENAM😃

i have been fan of all romantic shows but never saw both leads complementing each other the way saras kumud do.Here i am talking of acting .Most of cases either one male or female excels while other one follows him or her .

but here in case of saras kumud i find both leads very good in acting and they both give each other competitions...thats why i love samud more...not coz they r best love story but coz they have best actors to portray it 😃
