The third person according to me can be:

1)Tarun

2)Karuna(remember, she was in Jannat Appartment)

3)Sahil himself

4)The police(he entered,when the plan was made to make Baani mad)

how can it be sahil? if sahil is out in the open there is no case against bani, she is free to be released from the jail/asylum..so it cannot be sahil unless he comes wearing jai's mask..

I think it's either Sahil or Karuna

Karuna probably started helping out when she found out that her daughters love Tarun was in love with Bani.

Or Sahil, cos he always wanted the money and the property, and so did Pai and Jigyasa, so they all probably teamed up together.

Tarun was trying to save bani!

And what would the police achieve in setting up Bani?

Just my thoughts on the matter :)
