Madamji...i hope u know the meaning of Piya😉

Rangrez is a farsi word...Persian u see...it means the one who dye clothes...dyer it is...or a person who does business of colours...i hope u ll get it...

Piya Rangrez...is i think simply that Sher fell in love with Shradha and changed her whole life...and he will fill her life with pleasant colours in future...:)...or it can be that he changed her life ...which was colourful but now that seems so dull...he loved her so much that straight way he wanted to get married to Shradha...now which kinda love is this that for his love Shradha's whole life changed...the colours of her life changed...

it depends...what CVs thought...its my perspective😆

Rangrezz is a slang term for males who live a 'colourful' life or say a don. At least that is how it is used in Bihar, Jharkhand and UP. Maybe it could also be like what Babbar_Sher said but that is how it used in normal conversation.

Eg: Woh ek number ka rangrezz hai. Sivaye daru ke usko kuch sujhta nahi.

Translation: He is a huge rangrezz with only liquor in his mind.
