As far as a I know roka is not engagement its more like 'baat pakki' hona where the families agree that their children will get married. Usually its just a formal announcement but not on such a big level but some families even do that with full celebrations lol. Just recently my friend had hers done and she was almost dressed up as a bride. 😛

Engagement is also called mangni here or sagai heard it in serials thats where the rings are exchanged. AAAMMMIII !!! :))

Ouch! You missed out on some paper? I hate that when happens, I always try to finish off on time unless I don't know the answers lol but if you know and still some portion remains incomplete than...I can understand. And can see you are hardly getting any rest. Sigh. Just hoping the rest of the exams are going good and

No, you explained it well too, thank you both! Got it now and it's called something else here but now thinking of it, the words used have the meaning. In fact, the other day was asking my mom why is it called Stop? Is it because the guy is sort of reserving the girl for him? Lol, me and my silly thoughts. 😛🤣
