Yes yes, love 'em all too, every single one of them ! 👏 We have to ask why we like certain scenes. What's so special about them? Is it that they resonate with our psyche in some way, is it coz the performers act so naturally and effortlessly, so convincingly that it touches a certain core inside us? Well, such q's cross my mind, cant help ?!

I sometimes feel that TVS seasoned acting affects Sug's acting talent too and so the two become at par with each other's excellent portrayal, be that a love scene, a dance, dialogue exchange, whatever ! Hai na?

Great post. I love the Sugni-Vikram scenes. This jodi makes me all giddy and excited - you'd think I was the one who just got swept of her feet. It's rare we see two people with such chemistry. What appeals in a jodi is when neither couple expects tthat they'll fall fo each other. Sugni and TVS first scene had wit and charm and that's what made us fall for these two. We hope that we get more of this humerious exchange of dialogue...we saw some when he was selecting outfits for her.

I can watch this jodi in part because of the excellent acting of TVS (should have read Varun B😆). The scene you selected was super...this scene was well written and composed. If we'e attracted to someone, we do look at their pciture and we are curious at times if we're attracted someone whom we typically would never be attracted too. TVS liked and respected Sugni...he cared for her, but to develop a romantic attraction to a Bedni? That was something that took him by surprise. When she was going to leave and go to Delhi and he would never see her again...that was it. His confession of love to her was simply beautiful. It was so romantic and natural.

The unique aspect of this show is the writers have dialogue that expresses love and not just two people staring at each other.

O i loved this dance sequence... this is very unique... i never seen this kind of dance sequence ... generally this type scene looks romantic, sensuous or some time naughty.. but this scene was ...? what say lots of emotion, feelings, expressions, and performances every thing just fantastic.. hats off to the director too who thought to do this way.. when u see this scene u feels romance, love,fear, annoy , and suspense all.. at a time.. varun was amazing that scene..very strong when he lit the candle and said.. 'agar tum humse milogi nahi to,humein janogi kaise, aur agar janogi nahi.. to humse pyar kaise kar paogi.. oh... he looks so strange, dangerous, fascinating in that scene.. every second he change his expression and attitude .. u can't judge him.. what he want actually ... excellent... 👏 👏

Hey thanks Laila ! I guess any thread/post here on the forum becomes interesting, thought-provoking, great not just because the main leads pour their souls in their respective act/role, but also the way our forum MEMBERS write about them, so eloquently, so meticulously, so superbly ... like you have ! 😃 "Giddy" is what I have felt too and relate with it coz it was there hidden in the heart somewhere everytime my monitor/tv had TVS/Sug faces all over it ! Sug's innocence and badbadana coupled with TVS eyelock, dialogues, body movements, the whole package are sometimes cemented so nicely together that their union just grabs us ! 😃

And among many others, I also loved the scene when Lakshmi's baby is delivered at TVS haveli and Sug in her sheer and innocent excitement holds TVS arm and not even aware of it, leaving an imprint in his heart that the same evening, when he's sitting by the bonfire by himself and "feels" the touch of her hold ... IMO the imagination on the part of CVs at that moment was marvellous !

And since you mention about TVS love for a Bedni, it's also noteworthy when in one scene he loudly declares to everyone present that ... Sug ek INSAAN hai ... right now cant recollect which situation brought that about, but do remember how he defends her ... every step of the way, really protecting her from bure samaaj ki buri nazaron se ... if this is not love, I dont know what is ...

It's intresting what is it that makes us so attached to this couple isn't it. Personally for me the 1st day I saw PSH, was not at the beginning but I think it was the Panchyat scene, I happened to glance at the TV and could see something between Vickram and Sugni, the first words out of my mouth was "OMG he is so old for her , they could have gotton some one younger!" But that episode peaked my curiosity as it was diffrent from the Saas -bahu serials I hate, and I ended up looking for the back episodes...it took me less than 2 minutes to change my mind from the original thought!
Being a romantic at heart I adore the way he treats her thus far, with respect , adoration and love.he is genuinelly smitten with her as you can see when ever she walks into a room,( I love a blushing TM) now which of us gals don't want some one like that !Him being her Knight in shining armor has left me swooning.
As always props goes to Varun B and Gulki J for pulling it off all so flawlessly... I know we have some tough times ahead of us but I hope that LOVE stays alive through it all!

(in green) Yes Yes, what a heart-throbbing dialogue while Sug all along admiringly but questioningly looking at him, trying to understand the "meaning" of his fascinating affection and gaze at her ! 😕

And then he goes on to say with so much ease, relaxation, emotion in his voice ~ AGAR HUM TUMHE DEKHENGE NAHI THO TUM HAMARI AANKHON MEIN CHHUPI KHOOBSURTI KO KAISE DEKH PAAOGI ? Talk about the depth and meaning behind these words (sigh) ☺️ TVS continues ... Haan ? YE KABHI BHI NAHI JAAN PAAOGI KI TUM HAMARE LIYE KYA HO ... And the best best part ... ⭐️⭐️ AGAR APNE AAP SE AZAAD NAHI HOGI TO HUMSE KAISE BANDH PAOOGI ?? while his head slightly tilted looking at Sug with questioning eyes, as if hoping for just the right reaction from her ! OH MY !! Let me repeat ... AGAR APNE AAP SE AZAAD NAHI HOGI TO HUMSE KAISE BANDH PAOOGI ?? Raghuvir Sherawat, the dialogue writer must have scratched his head umpteen times before coming up with this CLASSIC dialogue !! ALL THE HATS OFF TO THE WRITER AND BOTH THE ACTORS !! ⭐️⭐️

Yes, me being a diehard romantic at heart too, not surprised that it took you "less than 2 minutes to change your mind" !!!

As a fan and a constant viewer of this serial, we have transcended and risen over the age difference factor simply because of TVS powerful enactment of what he has to say, how he has to say it to hold the viewers captive and totally in his grip ! 😃

And one other aspect that I just cant get over thinking and appreciating, and as you put it so nicely, is how this Bedni community is looked down upon, practically ostracized, and here comes Sug's knight in shining armor ... TVS showering exactly opposite treatment and emotion not just towards Sug but everyone of her family and other side characters. How can we not help but put such a person on a pedestal ?

True, love conquers all and here also we are going to encounter tough times and not just created by the thakurs, their wives, but ironically the entire Bedni clan against another Bedni, whom TVS has already transformed into a respectable human being by making her deserving of his love for her, as has Amrita and her support for Sugni.

Nice post Shrel and was wanting to comment.You have started with a very good scene which made an impact on all of us and I like that scene a lot as the poem is like the enigma which TVS is turning out Is he true hero, villain or grey ? whatever he is he has got into the character and has swept us away with his acting whether with Sugni ,TJS, Panchayat etc .

I love all those scenes which he pampers protects and indulges Sugni when she is quick in her spontaneous response whether it was at the school or when he was taking all of them to his haveli for Mami's delivery or when it is buying and selecting clothes for Sugni and how he laughs, the scene when she just misses running her car into his jeep or takes him in rickshaw from the station very difficult to choose😃

When I saw the pre-cap for the third episode and the rickshaw scene I was like - is that the lead? He's too fat and old, but later on when I caught a few scenes of them here and there - I was not a regular watcher of the show, I really saw the chemistry between them and loved the show.

Very beautiful and interesting...Thread 😳I loved the scene which you described beautifully in words .Well Vikram Sugni scenes are always a treat to watch..A wonderful spunk exists between these two..A chemistry which cannot be explained in words...Well if I were to seriously contemplate about one particular scene then it has to be their first meeting when Vikram removes his shades at the gate of the train...Wonderfully and aesthetically shot scene..The camera angle pans and zooms from the bottom to his face which makes his frame looks majestic and tall a very interesting hint completely complimenting his powerful nature and adding to his charm.The scene slowly switches to him accidentally looking at Sugni asking about him..I love this confusion...Its intriguing how DESTINY had pre-planned their meeting.Sugni searching for Vikram and Vikram running after her.It was helluva scene where we see a sharp Thakur completely amused and dumbfounded by her antics and the blabber continuing in the rickshaw ,The dagad magad chanting and finally the dialogue of Vikram -what if he traps her and is one of those evil thakurs ..and Sugni's retaliation challenging the entire thakur clan...That was WONDERFULLY done.👏.I can re watch that scene Gazillion times..The instant SPARKS were just wow!..I fell in love with them.

Another just spectacular scene was DURING THE FIRST RAAI OF SUGNI...O man she was looking her best in that wonderful shade of gold and pink..The earthly splendour of her dusky complexion was highly accentuated by that flaming gold hue ...😍

The way Vikram sees her being troubled by Supari Singh..and the eyes of Sugni twinkling with the brightest hope in her eyes and that million dollar dazzling smile she gives him followed by the little nodding of the head .She instantly knew that he would save her..That spark was piercing my heart ..What followed next was hilarrious..The way Vikarm manipulated the thakurs and made them actually believe that Sugni indeed had -"Puka hua rang and failae faile nak naksh.."

That was just a treat to watch...😍

I loved the whole confrontation that followed too..BRILLIANT was just the word.So many emotions and the eye conversation between both of them was the most fascinating aspect of that scene.

Finally though not shown in the episodes but I am really in awe of the first promo of this show which shows Sugni running and dealing with the harsh realities of her life by coming face to face with different people in her life..I think after Gulaal it was the most artistically shot promo..Sugni running and the rich backdrop of the setting sun was marvellous...The promo was very interesting as she accidentally bump across Vikram who stand tall ...Again the camera angles pans and zooms such so that people get an idea about the larger than life potrayal of Vikarm..The next scene where he holds Sugni's hands near his heart just bowled me over...It was not the sappy romance but his eyes had an AUTHORITY A SENSE OF OWNING ...I just love that scene between these two.

There are lot many scenes but as you can see I am not in awe of their CLICHE romantic scenes..Not that I do not enjoy them...But for me Chemistry can be REDEFINED without trodding into CLICHE paths like eyelocks etc...I loved them because they were a DIFFERENT couple...

I am a little weird when it comes to scenes...I like their sappy romantic scenes too .. BUT I LOVE😳 the chemistry when it crackles.

When you touched me, I got shivers all through my body.

And when we first kissed, I floated away in my dreams."
