Request to Moderator:Viewbie's note on PG2 - Page 2

Now coming to the questions raised on my biasness..let me tell u this is not the only forum I m moderating...I hv been moderating for last 2 yrs now and earlier hv moderated more than 10 forums..so I dont need any tution classes from anyone how to moderate a forum..

Now coming towards my biasness towards Priyanka ...let me clear one more thing that before moderating this show I was not even watching it..just because of the nuisance caused in this forum..the global mods appointed me as the viewbie here because of my experience and the unbiased work I hv been doing for the last 2 yrs on IF...After I got the rights for this forum..I started watching it..so till now I don't even know all the girls/boys properly..question of being biased towards anyone does not arise at all😆..Go and hv a look at other forums..any Anti-Topics r closed straightaway with a straight ban to the topic starter..here I went against that rule and kept the Anti-Priyanka topic "Why u dislike Priyanka" opened..and same way if any such anti-topics for other girls or guys r opened..I will keep that also open provided theres constructive criticism going on and not direct bashing...still u people feel I m biased😆..

Now the question why I only took action against Priyanka related threads..Answer is simple..they were reported by many..and when I check the reported posts..I could find only Priyanka threads..if any member has any problem regarding any other post..I told them already in the rules thread..to report it or pm me..then why were they not reported ???...Its not possible for me to keep track of all the postes 24/7..I m a computer Engg by profession..a married woman working in a multinational company..I cannot moderate here all the day..So I expect u people to report all the controvertial posts so that I can start taking action on those posts..whicever threads were reported till now ..I took action on them...but if u r not reporting it and then expecting me to take action on it..I may miss certain posts because I m also a human and not a robot..Its not possible for me to keep a tab on all the posts 24/7..thats why I asked everyone to use the report button or pm me..

Also let me tell everyone that words like "fake" or "dislike"...do not come under bashing...it comes under constructive criticism..so mayb thats why I allowed certain posts containing those words..but if there r "B" or "S" words used or some personal attacks done on any member only then I m taking action against it..so when u report a post make sure u hv a valid reason for it..
