I think we should continue with this thread now and call it Karan Ankita appreciation thread as we loved their couple in the show and they are also going to do BCL together ...plus they are buddies and it is a lot of fun watching them ...both are full of mast .

Yes ankita Karan r great buddies in real life n made up for a wonderful couple in pvr

so we can discuss any Karan and Ankita's work in future ( like BCL ) orthe work they have done in past ( PVR ) in this thread ...also any off screen pictures or any SBS segments ..

Maybe they will work together again and even if they don't we will still have fun getting together here ...

Please do keep posting pictures or anything interesting regarding both these actors ...and do visit this thread if not for anything else then just to keep in touch with each other ...😊

I know the show is over but really , how bewakoof this girl Ankita was 😆. After all that terrible torture that man made her go through , she went back running to him as if he was doing her a big favour ...

Serious lack of self esteem i must say ...

She really was praying and dreaming that one day she might get him back ...all that she saw with her own eyes , all that pain was just not important ... I feel angry at her but also feel bad for her , whywould a girl so beautiful and talented have such a terrible lack of self worth .

If she was a normal girl she would not look at Naren's face forever .

She is much worse than Archana who loved Manav because Manav too loved her back just as much.

It is as if Ankita just does not thinks that she deserves to be loved or she is good enough to be wanted .. .

I know that the majority of the forum feels that way Tanya, and of course i don't. Let me try to share a couple of reasons why.

I think there are two kinds of love. One that is practical, and if something doesnt' work out, you just simply move on and find another lover with whom you join and go on to the practical things of raising a family etc. There is nothing wrong with this kind of love at all. In fact ..like i describe...it is practical. And yes, the person does experience pain, and sorrow, and grieving and they work through that. Most peole believe this is the only way to live life.

But, truthfully, this isn't the love that captures our hearts over and over again from the beginning of time. We are drawn to love stories where there is another sense of love. It's an eternal destiny kind of love. As a believer in many lives, i think that this kind of love will reappear over and over to the people involved. Through many incarnations they will slowly slowly work out the destiny for which they were created. There is nothing wrong with this kind of love either.

Anita and Naren (and ArMan and ArVi) had this kind of love. Ankita was able to connect with it at a very visceral level. She saw it, recognized it, held on to it. She was ahead of Naren, probably internalized her spiritual journey in a different way than Naren, maybe lived more lives than he, so she had grown wiser.

Where i would disagree about her self respect also, is that the times he was unkind and cruel if you will, she didn't accept it. She spoke back to him with a great deal of self respect. She made it clear that that kind of behavior was unacceptable each time he did it. She did in fact hold him accountable event to the point of coming to Mumbai to teach him a lesson.

This is the depth of this kind of love. One always looks out for the other even if deep pain is involved, because aware or not at a conscious level, the soul knows that the two souls must continue to work out their destiny. Even Naren knew this underneath...it just got clouded over by "life"

Naren's soul recognized it in his crazy state, but when his true soul got overcrowded by the practical he blew it away. But destiny makes its own way, and Ankita was stronger than he; she was the impetus for their reunion and now, it's his turn to teach and take care of her. This is the way i think it works...the two souls take turns in protecting, teaching, giving, receiving.

I believe then, rather than no self esteem, it was the opposite. She didn'nt accept the bad behavior but she was strong and willing to work towards the end goal of furthering their destiny. Certainly at the soul level. Because Ankita was stronger than most people can be or recognize, her actions are easily misunderstood.

btw. I believe that BOTH kinds of love are necessary in life. For some reason our souls were created to dwell in flesh and blood. So we have to have both kinds operating - at least on earth. But that's another long subject. 😆
