Naren is coming in his home from the hospital, he is having an attack. Some nurses and Shekhar help bring him in. Rushali, Sunanda and Kinnari come too. Naren goes to lie down and he is yelling that he wants to see Ahana. He asks the nurses to let him go see Ahana. Ankita is about to come in the house, but Rushali yells, stop right there! Don't come in. Ankita stops right there. Sunanda, Kinnari and Shekhar turn to see Ankita. Rushali goes to Ankita and says don't even try to come close to Naren. Rushali asks, do you see his condition? He is in this condition due to you! I told you not to do this experiment! Did you listen to me? No, you were stubborn. As a wife, you put your husband's life at risk. I conclude yours and Naren's relationship right now! Sunanda looks shocked, Kinnari is smiling. Rushali says, get out of Naren's life, just get out! Manav and Pushti come to the main room. Pushti is calling everyone from the family to come. Everyone from the family comes(including Pia) and Pushti says we will play a game. Everyone smiles, Archana says Teju! Teju says sorry, just kidding. Nina says I don't want to play this stupid game. Sulochana and Savita smile. Nina leaves and Pushti says anyway we will continue the game. Savita says fights. Everyone laughs. Savita says don't laugh, in our Mumbai we had a common tap in our chawl, and all the ladies from the chawl formed a queue to fill up water. What did I do, I would cut through the line and take water, the ladies would fight with me, remember Archana? Archana says yes aai. Pari says a word, Archana says Ovi. It's ok Mansi, I know it's the first day of our marriage and legally we have to be together but Mansi more then that what's important is that we can share what's on our mind with each other. Take as much time as you want in taking the journey from becoming friends to spouses, I will wait, just be comfortable. If a relationship doesn't get strong, then there is no future for it, a good relationship has respect and bonding so first we will strengthen our relationship, good night. Pia is cooking in the kitchen. Savita comes in and says finally my wish is being fulfilled after so many days. I got to see Vada Pav but my samdan did not let me eat it, today I will not listen to anyone. I am going to have Vada Pav in my house made from my own hands. Pia says aaji why are you taking the trouble, I will make Vada Pav for you. Savita says it's not like a burger, you don't know how to make Vada Pav. Tell me what ingredients are needed to make Vada Pav. Pia says aloo, masala, besan. Savita smiles and says I want my Vada Pav made fresh and hot, I will teach you how to make it. Sulochana comes in the kitchen and says no one will make Vada Pav. Savita says quietly, my samdan has come, she is just like Hitler. Sulochana says yes, I can hear everything, I am Hitler and that's why I'm saying no one will make Vada Pav. The doctor has prohibited you from having it right, coming to the kitchen and demanding Vada Pav does not suit you in this age. Pia smiles and Savita says to Pia, why are you laughing? Sulochana says no you are not that old but you are a great-grandmother now. Did you forget that your children's children also have children now?

Pia says aaji, you 2 don't cry, in the memory of Ovi and her daughter Pia I will make Vada Pav. Savita is happy, Sulochana says will you feed us so much tikka?
Karmarkar House in the bedroom
Naren is in his bedroom lying down. Rushali is there, she says Naren, Ahana is coming, just eat some food. Naren says no. Rushali says if you don't eat then Ahana will be mad. Rushali tries to feed him but Naren doesn't eat. Naren starts saying that he wants to go to Ahana. Naren starts getting restless and he gets up. Rushali shouts for the nurse and for tai. Naren tries to get up from the bed, the nurses and Sunanda come. Naren is screaming for Ahana, and for them to let him go.
Outside
Ankita is outside. She remembers when she was in the room with Naren when he was going to get his experiment done and sehe told Naren that you don't need to fear anything, and I will always be with you. Naren told her if you're with me then I don't fear anything. Ankita recalls when Naren was starting to get restless after the experiment. Ankita is crying and she thinks to herself, whatever happened is all due to me, I won't be able to forgive myself Naren sir isn't cured. I will need to cure Naren sir in any circumstance. I don't know how but I will cure Naren sir. Please show me the way Bappa.
Precap: Ankita, Naren, Sunanda and a nurse are in Naren's bedroom. Naren is sleeping, he is tied up to the bed. Ankita is saying to the nurse, how could you tie him up like this? Ankita says to Sunanda, Attu, please untie Naren, please give me permission to untie him. Naren sir is in pain, please let me untie Naren, Attu. Ankita is crying, Sunanda says I saw Naren tied up too but he keeps getting violent.
