For your first point, I don't think she expected Arjun to overnight forget his love, she was hurt when she saw her messages in his phone or their constant meetings. He got her pregnant, but still was hung up on Purvi. That I think is not fair to her, he was ready to be physical with her but still think about Purvi all the time? The deal was a mistake, but it was a mistake all three of them made. Arjun knew he was getting married to Ovi, so whatever deal he made he should have atleast stuck by it. Now even if we forget the stuff before pregnancy, even after pregnancy they kept having secret meetings And Arjun who told Ovi that Purvi needed to know the truth about Pia, was ready to hide Pari's truth from Ovi until Punni started blackmailing Purvi. Ovi only made bad decisions when she was disturbed after getting some sort of betrayal, that by no way shows what a person is like. Any person can have a dark period in this past, that doesn't mean their whole future should be judged upon those incidents. And even if outsiders may not want to give such a person a benefit of the doubt, family members should be the first to understand this, and usually are the first to follow this. Ovi would have never given Arjun divorce had she ever wanted to have him back, neither would she have supported the marriage. And if she were like before, she would have gone ballistic knowing about Purvi's second pregnancy. If she were trying to get Arjun back, she would come with the baby and flaunt in their face causing disturbance in the wedding. So if they believed that she was just trying to get in between them, she had a hundred opportunities to do so before and after ArVi marriage but she didn't do so.
It has to be somewhere around 2 months, because even though they don't clarify in the drama as audience we know that Pia was a result of ArOvi marriage, because Ovi and Arjun didn't have any relations after their divorce had been finalized. So the timeline in the story would have matched accordingly and they still should have been smart in guessing when Pia was conceived. Yes, we don't know if Ovi was given a chance to explain, but looking at the kind of dislike they have for her, she probably wasn't looked upon again. Plus ArMan clearly stated, they should have tried finding out the truth but they didn't. So clearly, they hadn't spoken to Ovi or tried finding out. Without talking to her, they just believe the worst of her. She has done wrongs, but she has apologized for them and tried to fix them. But she is not the only one, Arjun and Purvi have wronged too. Purvi's worse one being the baby swap. That was illegal, but still they believe the best for her. She took away a mother's right to mourn for her dead child and conveniently replaced it with hers. I don't know about you, but for me that is wrong on so many levels no matter what her intentions were. Another child can't just be a substitute for your dead baby. As far as trust goes, Purvi has broken it quite a few times as well, but she is always accepted back and no one keeps track of all her wrongdoings but tabs are always kept on Ovi. Why is that? Please don't give me her noble intentions as an excuse. Intentions can only go so far, but it is the outcome of your actions that matters the most. Purvi saw how her repeated mahaanta acts yielded no good, but she always kept on doing them nevertheless.
Arjun has repeatedly broken Ovi's trust, but not so much with Purvi. Infact, the only time he kept Purvi in the dark was when she didn't know he was going to get engaged to Ovi. After that he has almost always been Purvi's lapdog, adhering to any demands and sacrifices asked of him by her. So no, I don't think it is believable that he would have commit adultery with the same girl who he disrespected, left, and then married the girl he loved. He had an ongoing emotional affair with Purvi all the while when he was married to Ovi, and every person in the family knew that. They knew he didn't want/ neither did he ever love Ovi, so to expect that he would ditch Purvi to have an affair with Ovi is absurd. And like I said before, Ovi had countless opportunities to break their wedding even before, hell they didn't even need to give each other divorce if they wanted to be with each other.
