I think if they not shown a Bro / sis relation to both . They make a good couple.

Both have a attitude .

Both looks cute.

I hope they not shown love triangles .
She not look good with Neran .

Both are very good-looking and have striking looks! No doubt abt that!

But unfortunately they are cousins, not by blood but by adoption.

Purvi always considered Soham to be her own brother/ Dada although not related by blood.

So her daughter cannot marry his son...that would be marriage between first cousins.

Ekta is a Punjabi on her father's side and Punjabis are very strict abt brother-sister relationship. Thats one taboo she wont break!

Anyway as an earlier comment mentioned, Pari is at least 3 yrs older than Prashant. Though not that older and quite possible to have a link-up if they were not related as first cousins.

yes a while back i thought...they would make a great couple...chemistry wise, and cute together, but then, I remembered. oh dear. They are cousins. Won't work then, although cousins do marry but not first cousins I think, as Pallavi said.

Ekta made a blunder there! As Ankita's brother, I hope hes not sidelined later and gets his own story.

First cousins are allowed to marry in some communities/ religions but not in the community shown in PR...not in ours either. In my community, 2nd or 3rd cousins are allowed to marry!

In Andhra among telugu speaking community, this happens always between first cousins that is. However, only if they are siblings of brother and sister... not two brothers or two sisters...in which case all the kids are considered like brother and sister only not cousins! However, age difference is somewhat seriously taken. Here boy is like 2 to 3 years younger so it is definitely a no no on all accounts.
