Recently while in Ahmedabad for a promotion event, Rithvik was asked to divulge about his love story. He said, "Honestly, we weren't attracted towards each other in the beginning. In fact, I was not even friends with her. Over a period of time we became friends and only recently we found out that there could be more to our friendship. No one has proposed to each other. In fact, we didn't even realise that we were in love. Look, we are not your typical lovebirds who say cheesy things to each other. We are friends who keep playing pranks on each other."

Other side Asha said, "I used to think Rithvik was a snob and full of himself. Much later as I got to know him better I discovered that he is a gem of a person and a great friend. We share a great bond. None of us asked the other, will you be there for me? or any such romantic line. I feel he is my best friend."

Speaking about the participation in Nach Baliye, Asha sounded nervous while Rithvik appear confident about her dancing skills. Rithvik said, "She's good with Bollywood dance and freestyle. I want to make her confident about her dancing skill."

Asha said, "Everyone's seen Rithvik's dancing talent. He convinced me to take do this show because I was extremely nervous doing this."
