Zee TV's long-running show, Pavitra Rishta produced by Balaji Telefilms completes a glorious run of four long years today. Still doing strong on the TRP charts, the show has managed to keep the viewers hooked to its interesting story line. And with the protagonist Ankita Lokhande getting back, the mood in the camp is very upbeat.
Says Meghana Amal, Creative Head, "It feels great to have completed this feat of four years. Everyone on the set is very happy, especially because Ankita Lokhandeis back to the show. She was not there when the show completed its 1000 episodes, so it is a great feeling now. We want to maintain the zeal with which we have worked, and come up with many more interesting tracks. We are looking forward for many such glorious achievements."
The team of Pavitra Rishta do not have anything planned for today, mainly because the 'Captain' of their ship Ekta Kapoor has not yet returned from USA. "A party is surely due, but it will happen after Ekta M'am gets back," states Meghana.
Hiten Tejwani who essays the role of Manav credits the entire team for this accomplishment. "Ankita and few others in the cast along with the technicians deserve all the credit since they have been part of the show from day one. I am happy to be part of the show. We are still going strong and await bigger moments."
