Oh she loves her mother a lot ..She has made many mistakes in life ...so has her mother but the love between them is simply unquestionable ...It is a very special relationship ...Maybe because she was there for Archana in her most dark and sad days , she has become someone on whome Archana has learned to depend on ( even though Purvi is so young ) .

Remember when Archana found Purvi in Kolkota and that she was preganant how Archaan was crying that her Purvi does not needs her anymore now ...

Archana is terrified of ever losing her ...

Ok, now I am off to bed ...Disd so much debating ...😆

Why Waneeka, look at it this way -

Purvi is married to Onir - doctor based out of Kolkata. Is it right, that Purvi left her grihaasti and stays In Mumbai, waiting for Mommy to come out of comatose. Is that right, for Purvi's own responsibility towards her sasural and towards her Pati. No one knows when Archu, will be out of coma, should everyone just put life to a stop - and wait around? For how long??

If Archana never comes out of coma, what happns then? Should Onir be allowed to put his career in jeopardy and wait around? Is that even feasible??? If Onir is working back at his base, how is he going to support his family?? Beyond emotional reason, there has to be practical solutions, right??

Besides, didn't Archana walk out her kids too, babies who were helpless - not in comatose/?

What did Archana do, rubbing wedding card on Ovi and when Ovi was trying to kill herself?? Was she there for her??? Is that acceptable too??

Ovi isn't really vacationing in Canada,, she is working and trying to get over what her husband and step sister gave her in a platter...isn't that reason enough to be removed from where this tandav happened...not everything should/could be judged in isolation...

that's because ovi is a spoilt brat her parents let her do what she wants

I have a question,

If ppl can't function properly if a parent is sick, how will they feed themselves??

Is that a practical solution?? And here we blam Ovi for being emotionally weak??

Even parent with sick children go to work, leaving kids under a caregiver...does that mean the mom is heartless?? Isn't that where practicality clashes emotional needs and one to survive need money??/ Does that make the mother selfish??

How many working moms we have in this forum?? What do they do when their kid is sick and work can't be avoided?? No one ever faced that delimma??? Strange...we are too quick to condemn Ovi, that is all...

I want to point out one more thing guys .

When Onir told Purvi he wanted to leave Mumbai ,she was ok with it , not once did she think of her mother or her state .

Ovi went when her marraige failed Purvi agreed when her marital life was sukhi .

Where was she thinking of Archana ?

Archana left her children who were not in comatose state . Think of the parents who leave mentally handicapped children etc with one spouse and do travelling jobs ...they r not heartless yaar , when it becomes a hamesha ka thing , one has to figure out how to live life and juggle responsibilities

hate to give personal example but my dad went in coma due to diabetes and died so i know ,

there are so many examples I can give when son/daughter not there for mom/dad in middle class indian life...

in this practical life I could say, not all the kids will be present when mom/dad are in hospitals...now its no more combined family or people stay in same town...

I won't be there for a mom who was not there with me for 18 years to satisfy her ego...i won't be there for a mom who chooses her happiness over mine...i won't be there for a mom who is not there for me when i was depressed and attempted suicide...i won't be there for a mom who will come back and doesn't support me...
