I wonder why the judgemental moral police are watching PR as its an Ekta show.

Anyone who has watched Ekta show from the 1990s knows that in almost EVERY show Ekta Mata shows pre-marital sex and out of wedlock babies! Whats so new abt PR? 😆

This is 2013, viewers werent so shocked when Prerna-Anurag had illegitimate baby in KZK, that was telecast 13 yrs ago, I think? Is India going backwards?

Far from it, what we hear in Indian society nowadays is shocking for us too, couples living together, pre-marital relations, divorces, extra marital affairs, office romances and cheating on wives etc etc. All that is real news, not a concocted, melodramatic serial story.

And this happens in big cosmopolitan cities like Mumbai where PR is based. Not in villages of Haryana or Punjab.

We should all grow up, be mature, face the realities of modern society and stop being so judgemental of other's sex lives! 😆

It is not that shocking, I am sure everyone is aware of what the world has come to. It is just that Pure-Vi exposed Punni with the same judgemental moral police view and then turned around and did the same thing. Compounded by the fact that she is always acting perfecting and putting her nose in other people business. If she did not behave like that we would not be so hard on her. If you notice we were not in agreement with Punni's behaviour, but did we go on and on about? No, because Punni was doing her thing, and not watching other people's lives and judging them , and behaving self-righteous, as if she cannot do any wrong like Purvi was doing.

It does not matter that Purvi she was engaged and Arjun was not a married man, pre-marital sex is pre-marital sex. I doubt very much that anyone would have pointed fingers at Purvi if she did not behave so self-righteously to the point now where she is using that same result of her pre-marital sex to po*n off on Ovi, who was innocent to the knowledge of that in the first place. Clearly in yesterday's episode Ovi stated that had she known of the pre-marital sex she would not have married Arjun.

Not only Purvi had premarital sex and passed off by product of that "Pari" for Ovi's still born, The same woman who is crying her crocodile tears outside the courtroom in her ex lover's arms...Instead she should be next to ehr husband who lost his medical license due to her and her brainy ideas...Its not Onir is in jail...He is free but w/o a license...How quickly she is not seen anywhere next to him but being comforted by ex lover..Baba Manav even witnesses this...

Ovi-Teju or Sachu none of this kids were raised bad...They were raised with good upbringing by Savita and Manav both...Loving and secured environment..They did not sleep around or drank and partied all day night or wknds..

The only boy Ovi-Teju hung around with was family friend Arjun and Romil who was Ovi's working partner...No hanky panky or bad vulgar behavior with anyone ever..

So dont get why their upbringing by Savita-Manav is even questioned...Just because sex deprived Manav said that Archana would have done better does not mean that is a fact...he just wanted to be with her..Manav, Damo and Vandu all have always sung Archana jaap...Nothing new..

Add: Just because these days one sees premarital sex, living together, extra marital affairs etc does not mean it is OK...We have lowered our standards..We should be progressive in thinking but not compromising beacuse everyone else is doing it...One must know the diff between right and wrong...In Purvi-Arjuns case if they had PM sex than why not Purvi raising that baby herself?

Punni was selling herself for material gains, which is akin to prostitution. She didnt love Mittal, was using him and letting him use her in exchange for expensive gifts. That is what Purvi exposed and everyone expressed disgust!

That is NOT at all the same thing as Purvi and Arjun making love in the shack in a passionate moment of weakness. They were in love. Purvi didnt exactly jump on Arjun 😆 He made the first move and all the moves and she just went alongwith it, she surrendered herself to him! We as viewers should know the difference between Punni's PmS and Purvi's PmS.

But I do agree with Shyamala that Arjun shd have waited one more night, not done it in that dirty shack! 🤢 Didnt Purvi deserve a soft, flower-bedecked bed for her first time? But then I suppose Arjun was not only hot-headed but hot-blooded too...😆

NRI parents often bring up their kids in a very traditional manner, with sanskars and pujas and all...but Guess what? The kids grow up and go off to college and do the parents know then what they are doing? Who they are going with? What kind of parties they are attending? Who is the boy friend or girl friend?

As for India, I dont want to name any names but I know of several actor actress pairs in real life who are living together without the sanction of marriage. Now living together doesnt mean only holding hands while sitting on balcony chairs, does it? Total abstinence? I dont think so...😆

Again, then why the shock factor on part of Manav and the Deshmukhs? Do they live in Lalaland, even after knowing ArVi history they are so outraged?

Being in love does not excuse you from pre-marital sex, that is why I said even though Purvi was engaged to be married to Arjun, pre-marital sex is pre-marital sex. I never thought Purvi jumped on Arjun, because no matter what I thought of her, that would never cross my mind. I know it was a moment of weakness like every other act of pre-marital sex,but it still happened to a girl who showed so much self-righteousness.

If you talk the talk, you gotta walk the walk, plain and simple.

I also clearly stated that Punni's behaviour was wrong. I only said she was not trashed to the extreme, because she did not come across with an attitude as being perfect and no one else is as Mahaan as her. I remember she was fired by members of the forum that as bad as Manju was, we know she did not bring her up that way, because Manju herself did not display that sort of behaviour, and I was one of those persons. So, please don't misunderstand the point I was trying to make.

Punni was beat up black and blue by her father on the street and by Manju in the hotel as well as at home..Displeasure was displayed by parents and we all did not condone her behavior...

But Purvi had no business poking in Punni;s personal life to expose her...Meanwhile she has done worst and her Aaji has already forgave her...

Ovi is just a spoiled, rich brat who should have been severely castigated by her father and mother a long time ago, when she bartered Purvi's fiance for her own parents happiness! Her family also tries to protect and shield her from all the consequences of her own bad deeds!

They didnt show her drinking in Canada but obviously she did...otherwise a non drinker doesnt suddenly start drinking one fine day and guzzle whole bottles without any effort. If you are not used to drinking, u cannot finish whole bottles like that! 😆

Ovi is as dysfunctional as Purvi, both have had defective upbringing, both are responsible for whats happened. Then why is half the forum defending the completely unstable Ovi while bashing Purvi ? Because shes adopted? And not the bio child of the golden couple Archana Manav? Princess Ovi deserved Prince Arjun but the sadak se uthayi gayi ladki is to be blamed for everything?

👏 This is exactly what it is about, isn't it. Ovi, the biological child of the golden couple, Armaan, deserves to win Prince Arjun. How can she be bad or wrong...not possible cause she is Armaan's child. How dare Purvi, the sadak chaap, steal Prince Arjun from barbie doll Ovi

Its not that way at all . At least i don't feel that way . For me its the principle of the thing ...they r married . Even now i am saying go for a divorce , tell ur spouses , marry and do whatever . Why would we say that if we don't want the adopted daughter to have Arjun . This is not question of adopted or bio at all , dunno frankly where that even comes in .
