I am really sorry for the delay...but I was busy with some work...Here goes part 1

Purvi was standing in her bedroom leaning on the ledge of her window. The dried tear marks were still visible across her cheeks in the pale moonlight. A sudden sound of footsteps startled her & she turned around to see Arjun looking around here & there as if searching for something. Purvi cleared her throat & went towards him.

Purvi- Are you looking for something Arjun?

Arjun-(still fumbling around) Hmm...

Purvi- What are you searching for?

Arjun- None of your business.

Arjun's curt reply reminded Purvi that her relationship with her husband was not what it used to be. They were living together but were leading separate lives. Tears welled up her eyes. It was all her fault. She knew it & no matter how she tried to amend her mistake now...her every effort goes in vain. It killed her to see hatred for her in the eyes of whom she had found so much love once upon a time.

She had lost HER Arjun. She longed to be held in his arms. She longed to hear those three magical words from him which were a part of their lives before that day happened. Arjun had hardened himself so much after that incident that he now doesn't even acknowledge her presence. Purvi wiped her tears & braced herself up again.

Purvi- Arjun, if you tell me what you are looking for, maybe I can help you?

Arjun- Stop it. You don't bother.

Purvi-But Arjun...

Arjun- You tried to destroy us Purvi. So don't show fake concern now. Please.

With that, Arjun left the room banging the door shut after him. Purvi dropped on the bed & started crying profusely. She got up after sometime, determined to talk to Arjun & end this matter but suddenly everything went black.

Okay guys...here goes part 2

Arjun loved Purvi very much. Way too much. It killed him to not talk with her, to not hold her, to not see her smile but he wanted Purvi to understand how it would destroy them if he had given into her tantrum that day. Arjun still shivered thinking about that day. Every day he saw Purvi crying, his soul yearned to soothe her.But he was still determined to make Purvi understand so that she stops being a bleeding heart that she is now.

He went to his study after exiting his room leaving a broken Purvi inside. He could hear her sobs. But he did not go inside to check on her. Irritated with himself he went down to his study only to find his father waiting for him in the living room.

DK- Arjun, I want to talk to you...

Arjun- Yes Dad?

DK- I want to talk to you about Purvi.

Arjun- Go ahead Dad.

DK- Purvi is a very nice girl Arjun. Forgive her. She loves you very much.

Arjun could not hold it in himself any longer. He broke down.

Arjun- What do you think dad? I don't know that?

DK- Forgive her then. Please.

Arjun- I know is is very nice & that is the problem, dad. She is way too nice for her own good. She never thinks about herself. I want to make her realise what state she would be in if I had given in to her demand that day.

DK- I understand son. But don't you think that it is a bit too much that you are doing. She is all shattered son. She understands her mistake. Go talk to her now.

Arjun- Yes Dad.

Arjun turned around to go to his room again. He was thinking of ways to approach her firstly. He found it funny. He needed to think of ways to talk to her now. But he decided that he had made her cry enough...from that day onwards his angel will only smile & laugh & be herself again.

He entered his room & was horrified to find Purvi lying on the ground unconscious. He got really scared & picked Purvi up & laid her on the bed. For the first time in days, he noticed that Purvi's face was pale & there were deep circles around her eyes. He realised that the hurt he caused Purvi was far far greater than what Purvi did.

Sorry for the short update...will post longer updates soon...
