Omg.. Ur still not in a mood to open up wid d secret han.. Damn.. M so eager.. What d hell is it?? It has messed up lik evryone's life.. Is it related to purvi o kunjal??? I mean ranveer wants to hurt purvi thru others.. Thn whts kunjal's faults?? N if its abt kunjal thn y is he targetting purvi.. God.. M so confused !

No matter what it is.. Soham shud hv kept a lil faith in kunjal.. When ur living wid a person from such long time u atleast get to know what dat person is.. It might b somethn very big ! Poor kunjal..

So savita is suspicious.. N also cares fr Kunjal.. Hmm..

Next chap a drama.. Hurtin purvi thru Arjun???? Means Arvi.. ?? Tensed but yay..

Hats off to u gal to pull it off upto 50 chapters widout loosing ur readeds.. Greaj Job :D

Actually, here it is, and it's a bit long to make up for the wait!
Chapter 51: Road Kill

October 21^st, 2012: ADK Industries, 11:30 a.m.
Employee: Purvi ma'am, could I get your signatures on this?
Purvi: Uhm, haan. Vahan pein hi rakh de. Thanks.
Employee: *smiles and leaves*
Purvi: *Goes back to working on something on the computer*
*ring ring*
Purvi: *picks up her phone* Yeh kiska number hai? Rehne do. *puts it down and resumes working*
*after a while—ring ring*
Purvi: *picks up her phone again* Arre, yeh toh vahi number hai. *answers* Hello? *suddenly gets super worried* Kya!? M—mein aa r—rahi hoon!
*gets up and takes off running towards the door*
October 21^st, 2012: City Hospital, 12:00 p.m.
Purvi is running down the hallway of the hospital.
Purvi: Seher!
Seher, who was sitting on a bench next to an Operation Theatre, turns towards Purvi.
Seher: Bua! *starts crying*
Purvi: Seher! *kneels down next to her* Kya hua! Yeh sab—?
Seher: *still crying* I'm fine, l—lekin v—voh—
Purvi: Voh kya?
Seher: Jab bhaiya mujko school chorne jaa rahe the—hum voh—voh…
Purvi: Seher, please, in full sentences.
Seher: Voh ek joh street cross karna haina?
Purvi: Haan?
Seher: Jab mein voh cross kar rahi thi, meri ek shoe nikhal gayi. Mein voh shoe ko pick up karne ke liye ruk gayi. Bhaiya toh chal raha tha, aur street cross bhi kiya. Then he realized that I wasn't with him. Aur mujko shoe dhoondhne mein bohot waqt lagi. Jab mila, toh mein uski taraf jaa rahi thi, lekin phir bhaiya started screaming at me and told me to leave the shoe and get to the side. I didn't listen to him though, kyunki meri focus meri show pein thi.
Purvi: Lekin hua kya?
Seher: Uski baad mein sirf ek horn ki awaz suni, aur phir kisine mujhe peeche dhaka maara, and I passed out. Jab mein yahan uth gayi, tab mujhe ehsaas hua ke bhaiya ne hi mujhe pheeche se dhaka maara. Lekin sab kuch meri galti hai! Mein bhaiya ki baat sunti na, toh phir aaj hospital mein jaan ke liye fight nahin kar rahe honge aur—
Purvi: *she's crying at this point as well* Seher, teri koi galti nahi thi. Just stop, okay?
Seher: Lekin, bua usko bohot chot laga hua tha aur—
Purvi: *crying* Haan, lekin voh teri galti toh nahin hai. Seher, rona bandh karo. Aapko vaise hi sar pein chot hain, you don't need any more stress.
Seher: *crying* Ab h—hum kya karein?
Purvi: *clams herself down* We'll sit here until the doctor tells us something okay?
Seher: *nods and continues crying silently until she falls asleep*
Purvi: *sits up and takes Seher and puts her head in her lap and strokes her hair*

The doctor walks out of the OT.
Purvi: *sits up straighter* Doctor? Kya hua?
Doctor: Aap kaun?
Purvi: I'm his wife.
Doctor: Ah. Bohot critical tha. When they brought him in, it didn't look like he was going to make it—
Purvi: *jumps, worried, also waking Seher up*
Doctor: Sorry! I'm not done though!
Purvi: *relaxes just a little*
Doctor: but it was mainly because he had lost a lot of blood.
Purvi: Toh phir kya hua?
Doctor: Well, we needed blood, so after tapping into the blood stock ,we were still short a pint. Your husband has a really rare blood type, you see.
Purvi: Where did you get the last pint then?
Doctor: Well…
*flashback*
Nurse: Beta, please stop crying. You're fine.
Seher: Mein aapni aap ke liye nahin ro rahi hoon! Voh theek hoga na?
Nurse: Mein abhi kuch nahin keh sakti.
Doctor: *rushes out of the OT* Nurse, hum abhi bhi ek pint short hai.
Seher: Ek pint short of what?
Nurse: Lekin doctor, ab humare paas voh blood type ki khoond nahi hai! Kahan se layenge?
Seher: *stands up on the bench now* Kaunsi blood type hai?
Doctor: Beta, ek minute. Nurse, humko koi donor dhoond na parega.
Nurse: Haan, lekin waqt kitni hai?
Seher: Kis liye!?
Nurse: One minute, beta.
Doctor: Bohot nahi hai. 15 minute tak hum delay kar sakte hain, lekin—
Nurse: Doctor mein 15 minute ko issi blood type ko kaise dhoond loon? Voh bhi a willing donor!?
Doctor: Karna hi hoga—
Seher: DOCTORJI! MUJHE KOI BATAEGA KYA HO RAHA HAI!
Doctor: Beta, tera uncle undar jaan ke liye fight kar raha hai. He lost a lot of blood, and we used all the supply that we had. He still is a pint short.
Seher: Ek minute, blood type kaunsi hai?
Doctor: AB positive.
Seher: Haan, toh phir mera khoond le lo.
Doctor: Beta, it's not that easy. He has one of the rarest blood types there is. Only people with AB blood types can donate to him.
Seher: Uska blood type AB positive hai, toh phir mera negative hai. Mera khoond le lo!
Nurse: Tumko kaise pata hain ke aapki khoond AB negative hai?
Seher: Meri ma ek nurse's assistant thi. Usko important laga ke mujhe yeh sab jaana hai. Aur dekho, ab important haina? Doctor, 15 mintute hai bhaiya ko bachane ke liye, toh phir hum kis baat ki intezaar kar rahe hai? Mera khoond le lo, aur aap logo usko vapaas lao.
*end flashback*
Purvi: Seher, aap aapni khoond de di usko bachane ke liye!?
Seher: Haan. Kyun?
Purvi: Mujhe puche bina!
Seher: Ek minute! *stands up on the bench again* Meri khoond important hai, yah phir aapki pati ki jaan?
Purvi: *nods and motions for her to sit down* Pati ki jaan. Doctor, voh ab kaise hai?
Doctor: Voh khatre se bahar hai. You can meet him as soon as he regains consciousness, lekin ha, only 2 at a time. Also, once you're steady, come meet me so I can explain to you the medicines and healing process.
Purvi: Theek hai. Thanks Doctor.
Doctor: *shrugs* It's my job. *walks away*
Purvi: *turns to Seher* Aur thank you, Seher.
Seher: Thank you kis baat ki? You should be apologizing for waking me up and then yelling at me!
Purvi: Haan, sorry. Mujhe maaf kardo?
Seher: *smiles* Theek hain. *hugs Purvi from the side*

Riya: *runs up the hallway to where Purvi and Seher were sitting, followed by basically everyone else* Purvi! Kya hua!?
Purvi: *stands up* Riya, calm down. Ab sab log shant ho jaaye! *explains everything that happened*
DK: Ab Arjun theek toh hain na?
Purvi: Doctor keh rahe the ke voh khatre se bahar hai, but he's still really weak. Once he regains consciousness, we can go visit him two at a time.
Nurse: *walks out of the room* Aap log undar jaa sakte hai abhi.
Purvi: Thank you. Aap log pehle jaaye… I want to be last.
Everyone took their turns going in and visiting Arjun, leaving Seher and Purvi to go last.
Purvi: *walks in slowly, followed by Seher. She sits down on the bench next to the bed, not making any eye contact with Arjun.*
Arjun: *turns to Seher and weakly asks* Aap theek toh ho na?
Seher: *immediately looks up with little child anger on her face* You're the one who's broken and bedridden, and you're asking me if I'm okay!? I can hardly see you because you're all wrapped up in bandages, and you're asking me if I'm okay!? *sits down angrily*
Arjun: *still weakly talking* Okay, I'm sorry. I was just concerned.
Seher: Toh kya, mein concerned nahi hoon?
Arjun: Did I say that?
Seher: No.
Arjun: Seher, you're 7.
Seher: Haan toh?
Arjun: I'm well… old.
Seher: No you're old-er!
Arjun: Okay, fine, but at that point in time, your life was more important than mine.
Seher: *says nothing*
Arjun: Now smile for me?
Seher: *smiles*
Arjun: *smiles back*
Purvi: *low voice* She's right, you know.
Arjun: You finally talked to me?
Purvi: That's not the point.
Seher: Bua, I'm tired. I think I'll go.
Purvi: Jao.
Seher: *gets up and leaves*
Purvi: I don't understand you, you know that?
Arjun: I don't understand you either, so I think we're good.
Purvi: Seriously! How are you so calm when you're like this!
Arjun: Because I don't like it when everyone comes in and repeatedly ask me if I'm alright.
Purvi: It's hurts your huge man ego, doesn't it?
*awkward silence*
Purvi: *whispers and starts crying* I was really worried…
Arjun: Purvi, look at me. I would turn you this way, but I kind of can't. I'm alright na?
Purvi: Sure, but you just… look so broken.
Arjun: I know… I thought I looked broken as well. It's not everyday that someone sends my flying with their car.
Purvi: *gets mad* It's not funny.
Arjun: Okay, fine! Sorry? Purvi, look at me. I'm sorry.
Purvi: That still doesn't make things better.
Arjun: At least stop crying?
Purvi: Fine. *sniffles* I'll be back.

After coming out, everyone agreed that Purvi would stay here with Arjun. Everyone gradually left, and Riya, Nikhil and DK were the last to leave after everybody, taking Seher with them.

When Purvi came back into the room, Purvi sat there angrily, so Arjun continued to talk about topics to distract her from the day's events. She would occasionally get angry with Arjun, but he always calmed her down. Eventually, Purvi fell asleep as awkward as it was with her head lying on Arjun's non-broken arm. Arjun, rather than being mad or pained, laid there smiling at her. He continued to slip in and out of consciousness throughout the night, but every time he was awake, she was till sleeping the way she was, and he smiled every time.
Eight Months Later
Over the time period of the next eight months, a lot happened in this fiasco of people.
Arjun's injuries were so that it took a few months for him to heal enough to actually work again. He became awfully dependant on Purvi, even more so than before. He slowly recovered, but still felt numb pain in some places. Everyone was stunned by what had happened, never expecting it to ever occur. The police searched for the driver of the car, but no one saw, so no one ever found them.
On the other hand, Soham kept treating Kunjal the way he has been. She continued to take it, choosing her words carefully, and using them affectively. It had almost become a routine. At this point, Archana was mutually communicating with Kunjal, which made Kunjal very, very happy on the inside.
*******
Precap: Well, after 8 months….
Soham is still venting his pain through anger, but Kunjal finally talks to him, stunning him. Arjun is kind of broken for a while, and Purvi is taking care of him. Savita is still mentally noting everything, slowly unearthing their feelings. 😉

I wanted to be the first one to comment. Awesome update. Loved the concern that Arjun showed for Seher and purvi showed for Arjun. I hope all goes well. Continue soon Esha.
